Sobre a vaga: Buscamos um(a) Assistente Administrativo Comercial com perfil organizado e operacional para apoiar as rotinas administrativas da área comercial. Este profissional atuará no suporte aos processos de vendas de lotes, organização de contratos, controle de informações de clientes e apoio em atividades administrativas e financeiras relacionadas às vendas.

Principais responsabilidades: • Controlar entrada e saída de documentos e correspondências relacionadas a contratos e notificações; • Auxiliar no levantamento e conferência da documentação necessária para vendas e recompras de lotes; • Organizar e manter atualizados arquivos físicos e digitais de contratos e clientes; • Atualizar e manter controle da carteira de clientes e registros administrativos; • Gerar, conferir e enviar boletos aos clientes, além de realizar atualizações quando necessário; • Realizar lançamentos e atualizações de informações no sistema interno da empresa; • Apoiar na conferência de informações financeiras relacionadas aos contratos e pagamentos de clientes; • Auxiliar na identificação e tratativa de inconsistências financeiras como duplicidade de boletos ou baixas bancárias; • Apoiar no envio de informações e documentos ao setor contábil; • Realizar atendimento telefônico e apoio em demandas administrativas da área comercial; • Apoiar em rotinas administrativas gerais da empresa quando necessário.

Requisitos: • +1 ano de experiência em rotinas administrativas; • Ensino médio completo (desejável superior em Administração ou áreas correlatas); • Experiência com controle de documentos, planilhas e rotinas administrativas; • Conhecimento em Excel e pacote Office; • Boa organização, atenção a detalhes e capacidade de lidar com múltiplas demandas; • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita e facilidade para trabalho em equipe; • Será considerado diferencial experiência em empresas do setor imobiliário, loteadoras ou construção civil; • CNH será considerada um diferencial.
