Sobre a vaga: A posição será responsável pela gestão das operações médicas e odontológicas da Em Vida Assistencial, liderando uma estrutura composta por 3 clínicas médicas e 2 unidades odontológicas em Minas Gerais, com atendimento superior a 6.000 pacientes por mês. O profissional terá como principal missão garantir uma operação altamente eficiente, sustentável e orientada a resultados, atuando sobre produtividade, qualidade assistencial, experiência do paciente, indicadores operacionais e geração de receita. Além da gestão da operação atual, será responsável por identificar oportunidades de expansão, aumento de capacidade, melhoria de processos e crescimento sustentável das clínicas por meio de uma gestão fortemente baseada em dados..

Principais atividades e responsabilidades:

  • Liderar a operação das clínicas médicas e odontológicas, garantindo padronização dos processos, qualidade assistencial e eficiência operacional;
  • Responder pelos resultados operacionais e financeiros das unidades, acompanhando indicadores de produtividade, faturamento, rentabilidade, capacidade operacional e qualidade dos serviços;
  • Desenvolver e executar planos de ação voltados ao aumento da produtividade, eficiência operacional e geração de receita;
  • Acompanhar e analisar indicadores por meio de dashboards e ferramentas como Power BI, apoiando a tomada de decisão baseada em dados;
  • Identificar oportunidades de ampliação do portfólio de serviços, melhoria da utilização da capacidade instalada e crescimento sustentável da operação;
  • Liderar gestores e equipes multidisciplinares, promovendo desenvolvimento das lideranças, cultura de alta performance e foco em resultados;
  • Implementar melhorias contínuas nos processos operacionais, elevando produtividade, qualidade e experiência do paciente;
  • Garantir uma jornada de atendimento eficiente e humanizada, desde o agendamento até o pós-atendimento;
  • Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas médica, odontológica, comercial e administrativa, assegurando alinhamento entre estratégia e operação;
  • Realizar visitas frequentes às unidades, acompanhando de perto a execução da operação e apoiando as lideranças locais.
  • + 5 anos de experiência na gestão de redes de clínicas ou operações de saúde similares;
  • Ensino superior completo em Engenharia, Administração de Empresas ou áreas correlatas;
  • Forte orientação a processos, estruturação operacional e geração de receita;
  • Vivência com gestão orientada a dados, indicadores e ferramentas como Power BI;
  • Vivência na gestão de times multifuncionais e desenvolvimento de lideranças;
  • Conhecimento em indicadores de performance, dashboards e gestão orientada a dados;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Manhuaçu/MG, com trânsito entre unidades;
  • Pós-graduação será considerada diferencial.
  • Contratação: Flexível para PJ ou CLT;
  • Regime: Presencial com disponibilidade para viagens regionais;
  • Remuneração: compatível com o nível estratégico da posição;
