Sobre a vaga: Buscamos um(a) Gerente de Recursos Humanos para assumir um papel estratégico na estruturação e evolução da área de Pessoas. Essa pessoa terá como principal missão reestruturar o RH, fortalecer seus processos e transformar a área em uma parceira estratégica do negócio, construindo políticas, práticas e ferramentas que sustentem o crescimento da companhia, o desenvolvimento das pessoas e uma cultura de alta performance.

Atividades e Responsabilidades:

  • Diagnosticar o cenário atual e liderar a reestruturação da área de RH, definindo prioridades, processos, políticas e rotinas de gestão;
  • Criar, revisar e implementar políticas e procedimentos de Recursos Humanos, garantindo consistência e aderência às necessidades do negócio;
  • Atuar como parceiro estratégico das lideranças em temas relacionados a pessoas, estrutura, performance, desenvolvimento e gestão de equipes;
  • Estruturar e conduzir os processos de Gestão de Performance, incluindo avaliações, metas, feedbacks e PDIs;
  • Desenvolver estratégias de retenção de talentos, carreira e sucessão, acompanhando turnover e posições críticas para o negócio;
  • Liderar iniciativas de cultura, clima e engajamento, incluindo pesquisas, diagnóstico e planos de ação;
  • Liderar e aprimorar os processos de Recrutamento & Seleção, onboarding e integração;
  • Mapear necessidades e desenvolver ações de Treinamento & Desenvolvimento, com foco no desenvolvimento de competências e lideranças;
  • Supervisionar as rotinas de Departamento Pessoal, benefícios, admissões, férias, movimentações e desligamentos;
  • Apoiar as lideranças na gestão de conflitos, relações de trabalho e situações relacionadas à performance das equipes;
  • Definir e acompanhar KPIs e indicadores de RH, como turnover, retenção, absenteísmo, headcount, performance e engajamento, utilizando dados para apoiar a tomada de decisão; Apoiar o planejamento e orçamento da área, assegurando também a conformidade dos processos de RH com a legislação trabalhista, compliance e governança
  • Ensino superior em Gestão de RH, Administração ou área correlata;
  • +5 atuando em posições generalistas e de liderança em Recursos Humanos;
  • Conhecimento consistente dos diferentes subsistemas de RH;
  • Pós-graduação será considerado um diferencial;
  • Experiência em empresas de tecnologia será considerado um diferencial.
