RESPONSABILIDADES:

- Construir relaciones: Establecer relaciones sólidas con los clientes, actuando como su principal punto de contacto para resolver dudas y brindar acompañamiento.

- Guiar a los clientes: Ayudar a los clientes a comprender y utilizar eficazmente la plataforma, asegurando que aprovechen al máximo sus funcionalidades y obtengan el mayor valor posible.

- Resolver problemas: Identificar y atender los problemas que puedan surgir, colaborando con diferentes departamentos para encontrar soluciones oportunas y efectivas.

- Fomentar la satisfacción: Buscar activamente oportunidades para mejorar la experiencia del cliente, contribuyendo a su satisfacción y fidelización.

- Proporcionar soporte proactivo: Anticiparse a las necesidades de los clientes e identificar posibles áreas de oportunidad, ofreciendo soluciones antes de que surjan inconvenientes.

- Reactivar clientes: Contactar proactivamente a los clientes que hayan disminuido su volumen de envíos para identificar las causas, ofrecer alternativas y fomentar la continuidad de sus operaciones en la plataforma.

REQUISITOS:

- Formación académica: Carreras afines a Logística, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o áreas comerciales.

- Herramientas: Manejo de Google Workspace y experiencia en el uso de CRM (deseable).

- Pensamiento analítico: Fuertes habilidades analíticas, capacidad de aprendizaje rápido y facilidad para interpretar información y resolver problemas.

- Análisis de datos y KPI: Enfoque analítico y orientado a resultados, con capacidad para utilizar datos estructurados y no estructurados para desarrollar estrategias, identificar tendencias y generar aprendizajes.

- Optimización de procesos: Experiencia práctica en el desarrollo y la mejora de operaciones y procesos de servicio al cliente, con un enfoque en el aprendizaje y la mejora continua.

- Visión de negocio: Comprensión sólida de los principios comerciales y capacidad para identificar oportunidades de mejora y generación de valor.

- Habilidades interpersonales: Capacidad para colaborar eficazmente, comunicarse de manera asertiva y generar acuerdos en entornos dinámicos y de alta presión.
