Objetivo del puesto

Brindar apoyo estratégico, administrativo y operativo al CEO, asegurando una gestión eficiente de su agenda, seguimiento oportuno a compromisos clave, coordinación con líderes y manejo confidencial de información relevante para la organización.

Principales atribuciones

  • Administrar y coordinar la agenda ejecutiva del CEO.
  • Organizar reuniones con directores, clientes, socios estratégicos y miembros de Junta Directiva.
  • Coordinar viajes nacionales e internacionales, incluyendo logística, reservaciones y viáticos.
  • Elaborar presentaciones ejecutivas, informes, minutas y correspondencia corporativa.
  • Dar seguimiento a acuerdos, proyectos e iniciativas estratégicas impulsadas por el CEO.
  • Actuar como enlace entre el CEO y las distintas áreas de la organización, facilitando la comunicación y ejecución de prioridades.
  • Gestionar documentación confidencial y sensible con absoluta discreción.
  • Coordinar eventos corporativos, reuniones de liderazgo y actividades ejecutivas.
  • Monitorear el cumplimiento de compromisos y fechas clave de la agenda ejecutiva.
  • Apoyar en la preparación de materiales para reuniones de Comité Ejecutivo y Junta Directiva.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Relaciones Internacionales, Comunicación, Psicología Industrial o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Asistente Ejecutiva de CEO, Presidencia, Junta Directiva o Alta Dirección.
  • Inglés avanzado (indispensable).
  • Experiencia en coordinación de agendas y manejo de múltiples prioridades.
  • Experiencia en preparación de presentaciones ejecutivas y seguimiento de proyectos estratégicos.
  • Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel y Teams).
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en Power BI para elaboración de reportes ejecutivos y análisis de información.
  • Excelente redacción, comunicación verbal y relaciones interpersonales.
