The posting

Buscamos a una persona con visión estratégica y sólida experiencia operativa responsable de definir y conducir la estrategia integral de planificación, abastecimiento y ejecución logística en Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica, Panamá y Miami.

La posición reportará al CEO y tendrá una incidencia directa en el crecimiento rentable del negocio, la disponibilidad de producto, la optimización del capital de trabajo y la excelencia del servicio en todos los canales.

Principales desafíos

  • Definir y gobernar la estrategia regional de cadena de suministro, alineando demanda, abastecimiento, operación y objetivos financieros bajo un proceso robusto de S&OP.
  • Garantizar la disponibilidad de producto y el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio en distribución, clientes clave, retail físico y comercio digital.
  • Optimizar el capital de trabajo mediante una gestión disciplinada de inventarios, rotación, ciclo de vida del portafolio y políticas diferenciadas por mercado.
  • Dirigir la red regional de almacenaje, transporte, distribución, última milla, logística inversa y facturación, elevando productividad, confiabilidad y escalabilidad.
  • Impulsar la transformación operativa y tecnológica de la función, fortaleciendo la estandarización, la trazabilidad y la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
  • Liderar el presupuesto, las alianzas con proveedores estratégicos y el desarrollo de equipos regionales y locales de alto desempeño.

Perfil que buscamos

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística y Cadena de Suministro, Administración de Empresas o disciplina afín; posgrado o MBA será valorado.
  • Trayectoria mínima de 10 años en posiciones de creciente responsabilidad en cadena de suministro u operaciones, con al menos 5 años liderando estructuras multipaís.
  • Experiencia relevante en distribución, retail, tecnología o consumo masivo, particularmente en entornos de alta complejidad y portafolios de ciclo de vida corto.
  • Dominio integral de S&OP, planificación de demanda, inventarios, almacenaje, transporte, distribución y comercio internacional.
  • Capacidad comprobada para conducir transformación, construir alineación entre áreas y traducir información operativa y financiera en decisiones ejecutivas.
  • Experiencia con WMS, TMS y herramientas analíticas; inglés avanzado y disponibilidad para viajar entre 30% y 50% del tiempo.
  • Deseable: certificación APICS/ASCM, Lean Six Sigma, posgrado o MBA.
