SLC Trade somos empresa líder en distribución y comercialización de tecnología en la región, continuamos fortaleciendo nuestras capacidades operativas para acompañar nuestro crecimiento sostenido.

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de Director Operaciones y Logística, quien será responsable de liderar la estrategia, estandarización y ejecución de las operaciones en Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica, Panamá y Miami.

Propósito del Rol

Dirigir y optimizar la operación logística regional, asegurando altos niveles de eficiencia, disponibilidad de producto, cumplimiento de niveles de servicio y una operación integrada, ágil y orientada al cliente.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Definir y ejecutar la estrategia regional de operaciones y logística, alineada a los objetivos del negocio
  • Liderar la gestión de almacenes, inventarios, transporte y distribución
  • Estandarizar procesos operativos, garantizando control, trazabilidad y cumplimiento normativo
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de niveles de servicio (SLA) y tiempos de entrega.
  • Gestionar el presupuesto operativo, impulsando eficiencias y optimización de costos.
  • Implementar soluciones tecnológicas que fortalezcan la visibilidad y eficiencia operativa.
  • Desarrollar y liderar equipos multidisciplinarios en diferentes países de la región.
  • Gestionar relaciones con proveedores logísticos y aliados estratégico.
  • Liderar iniciativas de mejora continua y transformación operativa.

Experiencia Requerida:

  • 8–12 años de experiencia en logística, operaciones o cadena de suministro en Centroamérica y Caribe.
  • Experiencia liderando operaciones regionales y multipaís.
  • Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.
  • Maestría en Logística, Supply Chain Management o MBA.
  • Sólido conocimiento en gestión de almacenes, inventarios, transporte y distribución.
  • Experiencia en industrias de tecnología, retail o distribución.
  • Experiencia en entornos de última milla y/o e-commerce.
  • Capacidad analítica y toma de decisiones basada en indicadores.
  • Liderazgo, pensamiento estratégico y habilidades de comunicación y negociación
  • Inglés avanzado.

Alcance tecnológico y analítica avanzada:

  • Liderar el uso y evolución de sistemas de gestión logística (SAP B1, WMS, TMS y plataformas de trazabilidad).
  • Impulsar la digitalización de la cadena de suministro mediante automatización y analítica avanzada.
  • Incorporar soluciones de inteligencia artificial y modelos predictivos para optimizar inventarios, demanda, rutas y última milla.
  • Asegurar visibilidad end-to-end de la operación y toma de decisiones basada en datos en tiempo real.
