En SLC TRADE buscamos un líder estratégico con experiencia regional para dirigir la planificación de la demanda, inventarios y abastecimiento, contribuyendo al crecimiento, la rentabilidad y la disponibilidad de productos en nuestros mercados.

Esta posición liderará el proceso regional de S&OP y su evolución hacia una planificación integrada del negocio (IBP), alineando a Comercial, Finanzas y Operaciones para optimizar el servicio, la inversión en inventarios y el capital de trabajo.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Definir la estrategia regional de planificación y establecer metodologías y estándares comunes por país, canal, categoría y SKU.
  • Liderar el ciclo regional de S&OP, integrando demanda, suministro, inventarios y plan financiero, y presentar escenarios y recomendaciones a la alta dirección.
  • Dirigir el pronóstico regional, incorporando tendencias, estacionalidad, promociones, lanzamientos y ciclos de vida del producto.
  • Establecer políticas de inventario, cobertura, stock de seguridad y segmentación ABC/XYZ, equilibrando disponibilidad, inversión y riesgo de obsolescencia.
  • Coordinar con Compras y Logística el plan regional de abastecimiento y las prioridades de asignación entre países y canales.
  • Impulsar acciones para reducir excedentes, productos de baja rotación y obsolescencia, evaluando oportunidades de redistribución regional.
  • Anticipar riesgos de demanda y suministro y desarrollar escenarios y planes de contingencia.
  • Gestionar indicadores de precisión y sesgo del pronóstico, nivel de servicio, quiebres, rotación, días de inventario y capital de trabajo.
  • Liderar proyectos de automatización, calidad de datos, analítica y mejora continua.
  • Dirigir y desarrollar al equipo regional, fortaleciendo sus capacidades y la ejecución coordinada entre países.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Licenciatura concluida en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Supply Chain, Logística o carrera afín.
  • Mínimo ocho años de experiencia relevante en planificación de la demanda, inventarios, abastecimiento o Supply Chain, incluyendo cinco años en posiciones gerenciales con liderazgo de equipos.
  • Experiencia regional multipaís, con responsabilidad directa sobre operaciones y coordinación de equipos en distintos mercados.
  • Experiencia liderando procesos de S&OP y presentando recomendaciones a la alta dirección.
  • Trayectoria en empresas de consumo masivo, retail o distribución.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en pronósticos estadísticos, planificación por escenarios, S&OP/IBP, políticas de inventario, segmentación ABC/XYZ y stock de seguridad.
  • Capacidad para analizar el impacto financiero de los inventarios y el capital de trabajo.
  • Dominio de sistemas ERP, como SAP, Oracle o Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Excel avanzado y manejo de Power BI o Tableau.
  • Inglés avanzado, con capacidad para participar en reuniones y realizar presentaciones ejecutivas.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de la región.

Requisitos deseables

  • Experiencia en tecnología y electrónica de consumo.
  • Maestría en Supply Chain, Operaciones, Finanzas o MBA.
  • Certificaciones APICS CPIM, CSCP o equivalentes.

Competencias clave

Buscamos una persona con visión estratégica regional, criterio financiero, capacidad analítica, negociación y comunicación ejecutiva. Deberá demostrar liderazgo de equipos distribuidos, gestión del cambio y resultados concretos en la mejora del servicio, la optimización de inventarios y la transformación de procesos.
