Objetivo del Puesto

Liderar la estrategia de Desarrollo Organizacional de la compañía, impulsando iniciativas que fortalezcan la cultura, el liderazgo, la gestión del desempeño y el desarrollo del talento, alineando las prácticas de Capital Humano con los objetivos del negocio.

Adicionalmente, tendrá bajo su responsabilidad las áreas de Capacitación y Atracción de Talento desde un enfoque estratégico, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos e indicadores a través de los equipos a su cargo.

Responsabilidades Principales

Desarrollo Organizacional (Responsabilidad Principal)

  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias de Desarrollo Organizacional, gestión del desempeño, cultura, liderazgo, planes de sucesión y gestión del cambio, asegurando el cumplimiento de indicadores como clima organizacional, engagement, rotación de talento clave, cobertura de planes de desarrollo y proyectos estratégicos de transformación.

Capacitación

  • Supervisar la estrategia y ejecución del Plan Anual de Capacitación, garantizando el cumplimiento de horas de capacitación, cobertura de programas, efectividad del aprendizaje y correcta administración del presupuesto del área a través del equipo responsable.

Atracción de Talento

  • Dirigir la estrategia de Atracción de Talento, asegurando el cumplimiento de tiempos de cobertura, calidad de contratación, cobertura de posiciones estratégicas y una adecuada experiencia para candidatos y clientes internos.

Liderazgo y Gestión

  • Dirigir a las coordinaciones de Desarrollo Organizacional, Capacitación y Atracción de Talento, estableciendo objetivos, dando seguimiento a indicadores, administrando presupuestos y promoviendo una cultura de alto desempeño, mejora continua y orientación a resultados.

Perfil Requerido

Escolaridad

Licenciatura en Psicología, Administración, Relaciones Industriales, Capital Humano o carrera afín.

Deseable especialidad o Maestría en Desarrollo Organizacional o Capital Humano.

Experiencia

  • Mínimo 7 años de experiencia en Desarrollo Organizacional.
  • Al menos 3 años en posiciones gerenciales liderando equipos.
  • Experiencia sólida en gestión del desempeño, cultura organizacional, gestión del cambio, liderazgo, modelos de competencias y planes de sucesión.
  • Haber tenido bajo su responsabilidad las áreas de Capacitación y Atracción de Talento desde un rol estratégico.
  • Experiencia presentando indicadores y proyectos a Dirección General.
