Acerca de la posición

Empresa mexicana especializada en servicios de laboratorio, análisis y control de calidad para industrias reguladas busca integrar a su equipo un Químico Analista de Control Fisicoquímico.

La posición será responsable de ejecutar y dar seguimiento a análisis fisicoquímicos, revisar resultados y documentación técnica, así como asegurar que los ensayos se realicen conforme a las metodologías establecidas, buenas prácticas de laboratorio y requerimientos normativos aplicables.

Buscamos un perfil técnico, organizado y orientado al detalle, con capacidad para trabajar bajo procedimientos establecidos y mantener altos estándares de calidad y confiabilidad en los resultados.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Ejecutar y dar seguimiento a ensayos y análisis fisicoquímicos de acuerdo con metodologías, especificaciones y procedimientos establecidos.
  • Revisar previamente la documentación, metodología y especificaciones correspondientes a cada análisis.
  • Operar equipos e instrumentos utilizados en laboratorio fisicoquímico y asegurar el correcto registro de la información generada.
  • Revisar resultados analíticos y verificar su cumplimiento contra las especificaciones correspondientes.
  • Elaborar y mantener actualizados registros, bitácoras, formatos e informes técnicos, siguiendo buenas prácticas de documentación.
  • Identificar y comunicar oportunamente desviaciones, resultados fuera de especificación o fuera de tendencia.
  • Participar en investigaciones para determinar posibles causas raíz y dar seguimiento a acciones correctivas y preventivas.
  • Apoyar en actividades relacionadas con verificación, validación y transferencia de métodos analíticos.
  • Participar en la elaboración y actualización de procedimientos, instructivos, metodologías y formatos de trabajo.
  • Contribuir al cumplimiento y mejora continua del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.
  • Apoyar en la capacitación técnica de otros integrantes del laboratorio cuando sea requerido.
  • Mantener el cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de laboratorio, documentación y lineamientos aplicables a las actividades realizadas.

Perfil requerido

Formación académica

  • Licenciatura concluida en Química, QFB, Ingeniería Química, Química Farmacéutica o carrera afín.
  • Título y cédula profesional.

Experiencia

  • Idealmente 2 años de experiencia en laboratorio, control fisicoquímico, control de calidad o posiciones similares.
  • Experiencia realizando análisis bajo metodologías y procedimientos establecidos.
  • Experiencia en elaboración y manejo de documentación técnica de laboratorio.

Conocimientos técnicos

Deseable experiencia o conocimiento en:

  • Buenas Prácticas de Laboratorio y Buenas Prácticas de Documentación.
  • Métodos generales de análisis y ensayos fisicoquímicos.
  • Farmacopea nacional y/o farmacopeas internacionales.
  • Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad aplicables a laboratorios.
  • Investigación de desviaciones, resultados fuera de especificación y fuera de tendencia.
  • Acciones correctivas y preventivas (CAPA).
  • Verificación y validación de métodos analíticos.
  • Normatividad aplicable a laboratorios e industrias reguladas.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office.

Manejo de equipo de laboratorio

Se valorará experiencia utilizando algunos de los siguientes equipos:

  • HPLC / Cromatógrafo de líquidos.
  • Cromatógrafo de gases.
  • Espectrofotómetro UV/VIS.
  • Espectrofotómetro IR.
  • Medidor de pH.
  • Balanzas analíticas.
  • Micropipetas.
  • Centrífugas.
  • Disolutores.
  • Titulador Karl Fischer.
  • Otros equipos e instrumentos de laboratorio relacionados con análisis fisicoquímicos.
