The posting

1、负责UE5项目3D角色全流程制作，涵盖高模雕刻、低模拓扑、UV 拆分、烘焙,NPR/PBR 材质贴图绘制、基础蒙皮权重调整，确保成品符合项目美术风格、技术规范与性能要求。 2、对接原画设计需求，1:1 还原角色的造型、气质、服饰细节与设计亮点，同时兼顾引擎内的落地效果，对造型与材质的落地优化提出专业解决方案。 3、联动动作、特效、渲染、引擎团队，解决角色制作全链路的技术问题，优化模型、材质的跨环节适配性，保障角色在最终呈现环节的效果与稳定性。 4、参与项目美术制作规范的制定、迭代与落地，沉淀角色制作标准化流程与资产库，辅助初级模型师完成基础制作任务， 5、跟进 3D 角色制作领域的新技术、新流程、新工具，结合项目需求完成技术落地与流程优化，持续提升制作效率与美术品质。

1、大专及以上学历，数字媒体艺术、动画、游戏美术、雕塑、视觉传达等美术相关专业优先。 2、3年 3D 角色模型全职制作经验，拥有至少 1 款完整上线游戏项目的角色制作落地案例。 3、熟练掌握UE5, ZBrush、Maya/Blender、Substance Painter/Designer 等主流制作软件，精通次世代NPR全流程制作，熟悉行业通用制作规范。 4、具备扎实的美术功底，优秀的人体 / 生物结构塑造能力，对角色的比例、动态、质感、光影、色彩有精准的把控力，可独立完成从原画解读到成品输出的全流程工作。 5、熟悉主流游戏引擎的角色资产导入规范、性能优化要求，了解角色资源在引擎内的呈现逻辑。 6、具备良好的跨团队沟通能力与项目节奏感，可高效对接上下游环节，按时保质完成交付任务，有强烈的责任心、团队协作意识与细节把控力。

加分项 拥有二次元 / NPR渲染 / 熟悉拳皇IP 等垂直风格的成熟商业项目案例，风格适配度高者优先。 具备 UE5/Unity 引擎材质节点编辑、角色 Shader 调试能力，可独立完成角色在引擎内的效果调优者优先。 具备基础的原画设计能力，可对角色设计提出合理的优化与落地建议者优先。
