1. 负责游戏内关卡模块的设计与搭建，在主策指导下完成场景动线规划、空间结构及探索引导的落地执行； 2. 结合游戏核心战斗机制，跟进并完成关卡内的敌人配置、精英/Boss遭遇战及环境机关配置，协助调整单局游戏的难度曲线； 3. 分析同类Roguelike优秀产品的关卡框架与体验节奏，并能根据项目既定框架/规则，将相关元素应用于日常的关卡产出中； 4. 熟练使用 Unity 完成常规关卡的白盒搭建；具备强烈的责任心与主人公意识，主动协调上下游资源，确保关卡原型的高品质落地。 5. 关注测试期及上线后的玩家反馈，根据既定流程协助进行关卡体验的针对性调优与迭代。

1. 核心热爱： 动作 / 肉鸽 游戏的忠实玩家，有丰富的游玩经历，对关卡节奏、探索反馈及空间设计有良好的认知与理解； 2. 专业经验： 具备 1-3年关卡策划工作经验，有参与动作类或肉鸽游戏项目研发经验者优先； 3. 引擎落地： 熟练使用 Unity 引擎独立完成常规关卡的白盒搭建，推进其从原型到最终表现的实际落地； 4. 执行思维： 具备良好的空间想象力与执行力，能准确理解抽象的玩法需求并转化为具象的关卡体验；对关卡美学、光影引导有一定感知； 5. 团队协作： 具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神，执行力强，能积极配合上下游部门解决日常落地问题。

加分项： 1. 有个人制作的关卡Demo、独立游戏经历，或在各类Game Jam中获奖； 2. 熟悉PCG逻辑，有关卡配置经验者优先； 3. 具备一定的美术基础或程序脚本（如蓝图、Lua）能力； 4. 具备一定的日语阅读能力； 5. 熟悉SNK游戏者。
