· Provide hiring managers and business leaders with regular recruitment updates, market intelligence, talent insights, and workforce analytics to support informed decision-making.

· Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, external recruitment partners, educational institutions, and industry networks.

· Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable Japanese employment legislation, privacy requirements, company policies, and internal governance standards while maintaining accurate records within ATS and HR systems.

· Monitor recruitment performance, prepare reports and dashboards, and identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency, quality, and consistency.

· Collaborate with People & Culture, Learning & Development, and operational leaders to support workforce capability, succession planning, certification requirements, and long-term talent development.

· Champion STACK's values and foster a culture of safety, integrity, inclusion, operational excellence, customer focus, teamwork, and merit-based hiring.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
