POINTS CLES DU POSTE : Métier de l’employeur : Editeur Logiciel solutions BigData/Prédictives Taille : 250 personnes Marchés : France et International (Europe, Asie, US) Type et Lieu du poste : CDI - Paris/92 avec Télétravail hybride Contexte du poste : remplacement Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : Minimum 3 ans pleins en Golang Outils utilisés : Golang, gRPC, Protobuf, Couchbase, ElasticSearch, Hadoop, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Google Cloud Entreprise, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Outils à maitriser : Golang ou de bonnes bases en C/C++ et une appétence pour le Golang appuyée par une première utilisation de ce langage. Votre Background : expérience réussie sur un projet Golang. Diplômes : École d’Ingénieur/Bac+4-5 idéalement Langues : Anglais professionnel indispensable Organisation de l’équipe : Equipe Full Scrum de 25 personnes dont 4 collaborateurs directs et supervisée par le Lead Backend Votre supérieur hiérarchique direct : Lead Backend Administratif : Vous avez déjà l’autorisation de travailler en France sans besoin de passer par des démarches administratives de type Visa/Permis de travail. MISSIONS : Vous prenez en charge l’évolution d’un des produits phares et participez à toutes les parties du projet : ● Conception avec l’équipe Architecture ● Développement des interfaces, API, collecte et ferme de calcul ● “Cloudification” du backend et la ré-écriture en Golang ● Mise en place d’algorithmes sur mesure et ultra performants ● Validation avec l’équipe QA ● Analyse et résolution des problématiques de production ● Définir les priorités du produit avec le Chef de projets ● Etre force de proposition pour améliorer l’existant ● Faire entendre votre point de vue sur les aspects techniques et fonctionnels relatifs au produit Profil Compétences requises : Vous aimez l'algorithmique Vous aimez optimiser vos programmes en fonction des problématique métiers. Vous voulez travailler sur des technologies à la pointe de l'écosystème Open-Source et BigData. Vous avez une bonne compréhension des technologies du Web et leurs problématiques. Vous avez idéalement déjà pratiqué un environnement Cloud Google Cloud Enterprise ou AWS. Vous disposez d’une bonne commande de l’Anglais et êtes habitues aux contextes internationaux. Vous etes à l'aise et avez de l'expérience sur cette stack : ● Langages de programmation: Golang (ou un solide background en C/C++ ou Python et une premiere prise en main de Golang) ● Bases de données: CouchBase, ElasticSearch, Hadoop, MariaDB, ClickHouse ● Autres: RabbitMQ, Kafka ● Cloud: Google Cloud Entreprise ● Versionning et CI: git, gitlab, jenkins Informations contractuelles Formation lors de l’intégration : Parcours d’intégration avec le manager d’équipe Avantages : Tickets resto/Télétravail/Mutuelle-complémentaire santé/RTT/50% Navigo/Participation/Prise en charge des formations et certifications Possibilité d’évolution : Le poste n’inclut pas de management direct mais évolution vers un role plus senior à horizon 12-24 mois Déroulé du processus de recrutement : 1 visio d’intro puis 1 visio avec tests techniques et enfin 1 entretien physique dans les locaux.
