POINTS CLES DU POSTE : Métier de l’employeur : Editeur Logiciel solutions BigData/Prédictives Taille : 250 personnes Marchés : France et International (Présence dans 20 pays en Europe, Asie, US) Type et Lieu du poste : CDI - Paris/92 avec Télétravail hybride Contexte du poste : remplacement Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : Minimum 2 an pleins en Java dans le cadre d'une expérience en entreprise et sur un projet réel/en production. Outils utilisés : Java 17, Spring Boot, Postgres et MariaDB, Snowflake, Keycloak, Docker/Kubernetes, AWS, GitLab, GitLab CI, API HTTP, JPA/Hibernate, Maven, Prometheus, Elastic Observability, Sentry. Outils à maitriser : Java 11 à minima, le Framework Spring indispensables, Les API REST JSON Plateforme : Environnement de monitoring complet incluant Prometheus, Elastic Observability et Sentry. Votre Background : expérience réussie sur un Bigdata sous Java Spring avec des problématiques d'API/MicroServices fortes. Diplômes : École d’Ingénieur/Bac+4-5 idéalement Langues : Anglais professionnel indispensable Organisation de l’équipe : Equipe Full Scrum de 25 personnes supervisée par le Lead Backend Votre supérieur hiérarchique direct : Lead Backend Administratif : Vous avez déjà l’autorisation de travailler en France sans besoin de passer par des démarches administratives de type Visa/Permis de travail. MISSIONS : Vous intégrez l' équipe API de la RetD, équipe Agile travaillant en méthodologie Scrum et qui pqrticipe activement à l'environnement de Production, depuis la configuration des pipelines d'intégration continue jusqu'au déploiement en continu sur Kubernetes : - Développer les fonctionnalités d’une plateforme BigData traitant des milliards de requêtes/jour - Participer a l'amélioration de son architecture pour lui permettre de répondre aux nouveaux besoins. - Utiliser les technologies de pointe : Java17, Snowflake, K8S, NoSQL, Docker, Cloud - Participer à la maintenance de l'existant et à la réduction de la dette technique. - S'interfacer avec l'équipe NLP, collaborer avec l'équipe SRE pour développer les best practices Devops, et avec l'équipe Produit pour cerner les besoins. - Participer aux rotations de l'équipe d'astreinte SUJETS/PROJETS PERIPHERIQUES : - API de gestion des différents logiciels développés par l’entreprise afin de les rassembler derrière un portail unifié - Automatisation de création de views Snowflake et introspection de schéma de base de données pour les présenter aux utilisateurs - Accompagner le remplacement de RabbitMQ dans l'architecture par Kafka. - Accompagner la Migration d'Apache Storm vers Spark - Amélioration de la couverture de tests. Profil COMPÉTENCES REQUISES : l 1ère expérience significative et une bonne maitrise du langage Java et de son écosystème. l Compétences en design d’API HTTP l Connaissance des technologies Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate ou Maven. l Compréhension des enjeux BigData et de l'approche Cloud. l Aisance en Anglais et capacité à échanger de manière fluide à l’oral et a l’écrit étant donné le contexte international Vous etes à l'aise et avez de l'expérience sur cette stack : Java 17 Spring Boot Postgres et MariaDB Snowflake Keycloak Docker/Kubernetes Amazon Web Services GitLab, GitLab CI Informations contractuelles Formation lors de l’intégration : Parcours d’intégration avec le manager d’équipe Avantages : Tickets resto/Télétravail/Mutuelle-complémentaire santé/RTT/50% Navigo/Participation/Prise en charge des formations et certifications Possibilité d’évolution : Le poste n’inclut pas de management direct mais évolution vers un role plus senior à horizon 12-24 mois Déroulé du processus de recrutement : 1 visio d’intro puis 1 visio avec tests techniques et enfin 1 entretien physique dans les locaux.
