Une société spécialisée dans le Micro-assemblage, la conception, le développement et fabrication des équipements modulaires, flexibles et personnalisés pour l’assemblage et le contrôle de micro et nano composants (Bancs d'assemblage, machines de production/test semi-automatiques, d'assemblage en séries automatisées, Lignes industrielles d’assemblage...) à destination des secteurs Horlogerie, Medtech et Semiconducteurs ouvre un rôle d’Ingénieur Développement Software. IMPORTANT : Vous êtes déjà localisé aux environs de Neuchâtel ou êtes frontalier (Un permis de travail CH/Suisse peut uniquement être obtenu pour les candidats détenteurs d'un passeport UE/AELE - le permis de résidence/travail Européen n'est pas reconnu par les autorités Suisses) MISSION : Vous rejoignez le cercle Software composé de 5 ingénieurs + le Coordinateur de Cercle (qui ne sont pas spécialisé Médical) et qui se répartissent en interne les commandes et se répartissent les projets suivant les spécificités de la machine à produire et votre rôle consiste à : Programmer le cycle et process automate des machines (automates Beckhoff). Réaliser la mise en route des machines et la mise au point software de la machine et des axes. Assurer le support au client et au service après-vente (10-20%). Déplacements professionnels à prévoir. Profil Vous êtes Ingénieur(e) HES ou technicien(ne) en software ou automation avec de solides connaissances dans les systèmes d’automation Beckhoff (Twincat 3 et 2). Vous êtes à l’aise avec les langages de programmations : C#, .Net et Base de données (SQL Server). Vous avez de l’expérience dans la validation médicale de logiciel de machine (idéalement 2 ans) Vous portez un intérêt pour la gestion de projet. Vous êtes autonome et ingénieux, aimant les défis, les résolutions de problèmes techniques et le travail en team interdisciplinaire. Vous avez envie de vous investir dans une PME industrielle familiale à taille humaine qui privilégie l’enrichissement des tâches à la hiérarchie et qui accorde de l’importance à la responsabilisation individuelle. Nice to have : Connaissances en LabVIEW. Capacité à communiquer à l’oral et à l’écrit en allemand. Expérience dans la validation médicale de logiciel de machine. Expérience dans le secteur de l'Automation, et de l’horlogerie ou du Semi-conducteur (électronique) plus particulièrement. Informations contractuelles Contexte : Création de poste - Augmentation de l’activité Langues de travail : La langue principale pour le travail est le français, avec de possibles interactions avec le client en anglais ou en allemand Formation lors de l’intégration : Parcours d’intégration et d’ accompagnement avec le Référent du cercle et des collègues expérimentés pendant le temps de montée en compétences avec points réguliers les premières semaines et jusque la fin de période d’essai.
