Taille : Groupe de 50000 personnes Marchés : France et International Type de poste : CDI avec Télétravail hybride Lieu du poste : Toulouse Contexte du poste : Création de poste Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : 3 ans minimum Outils utilisés et à maitriser : Cisco UC niveau 3 (on-prem / cloud), Cisco UCCX niveau 2, Cisco Directory Connector, WebEx, Expressway-E/C, Cisco Jabber, CUCM, CCNP, SBC Oracle, SBC Ribbon, Connaissances des solutions Mitel et Polycom bienvenues Certifications souhaitables : (expertise niveau 2 à 3) : Cisco UC (on-prem / cloud), Cisco UCCX, Solutions WebEx, Diplômes : Bac +4/5, Master, École d’Ingénieur ou Télécom ou équivalent Background : idéalement issu des secteurs : aérospatial, public, ou santé, et expérience des projets BUILD Langues : Anglais professionnel indispensable Déplacements professionnels : Oui, à prévoir, uniquement sur la moitié Ouest de la France. Votre supérieur hiérarchique direct : Responsable des Opérations Vos interlocuteurs au quotidien : RSSI, DSI, Responsable Achats, Ingénieurs Administratif : Vous avez déjà l’autorisation de travailler en France sans besoin de passer par des démarches administratives de type Visa/Permis de travail. MISSIONS : Rattaché au Responsable des Opérations vous serez amené(e) à travailler sur le domaine d’expertise CISCO. A ce titre, vous disposez également des certifications du constructeur (CCNA Collab). Vous aurez pour principales missions : Participer à l’élaboration du dossier de conception, en lien avec l’Architecte Supporter les équipes internes en charge de realiser la Production (ingénieurs Communications Unifiées) en tant que Référent technologique pilotant les phases de Production complexes. Garantir la qualité de service en assurant la conformité des réalisations chez le client Réaliser la mise en exploitation des projets et/ou services Assurer l’interface technique et fonctionnelle entre le client et l’entreprise Assurer une mission de conseil auprès du client Profil Vous justifiez impérativement d'une expérience significative, et sur des contextes techniques d’envergure Vous maitrisez l’anglais écrit et oral afin de pouvoir communiquer avec les différents interlocuteurs (client, équipe interne) Votre sens du service, votre enthousiasme et votre rigueur sont les conditions d’une intégration réussie au sein de l'entreprise. Vous disposez du permis de conduire Langue(s) de travail Français (E-Bilingue ou Langue Maternelle) Anglais (D-Maitrise professionnelle complète) Connaissances techniques souhaitées Expertise niveau 3 sur la solution Cisco UC (on-prem / cloud) - certification & expérience Expertise niveau 2 sur la solution Cisco UCCX (niveau 3 apprécié) Cisco Directory Connector Solutions WebEx Expressway-E/C CUCM (installation et migration) Bonne maîtrise des architecture réseaux/Télécom Des certifications Cisco dans le domaine de la collaboration vous permettront d’évoluer efficacement en contexte client. Compétences niveau 2 sur les solutions d'écosystèmes (principes, interconnexions, diagnostics) Compétences niveau 2 sur les SBC courants du marché (principes, configuration, diagnostics) Maîtrise de la virtualisation appliquée aux solutions UC. Niveau technique minimum équivalent à la certification CCNP Connaissance des solutions SBC : Oracle, Ribbon… Connaissance des solutions Visio : Polycom...
