Un acteur dans l'univers Télécom (Voix, Mobile, Fibre, Service de données, IPTV) présent à l'international et filiale d'un Opérateur Télécom Européen ouvre un poste d’Ingénieur Administrateur Réseaux en CDI sur Marseille/13 POINTS CLES DU POSTE : Métier de l’employeur : Télécoms Taille : 2000 personnes Marchés : France et International (Europe, Amérique du Sud et Afrique) Type et Lieu du poste : CDI - Marseille/13 avec Télétravail hybride Contexte du poste : Création Astreintes : Oui, à prévoir Taille de l'équipe : 10 personnes dans cette équipe Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : Minimum 2 ans - Jusque 7 ans Votre Background : expérience similaire réussie idéalement chez un acteur Télécom (ESN, Pure player, Hébergeur, Provider). Diplômes : École d’Ingénieur/Master/Bac+2-5 (Minimum BTS/DUT) Langues : Anglais technique indispensable Votre supérieur hiérarchique direct : Team Leader Réseaux Administratif : Vous avez déjà l’autorisation de travailler en France sans besoin de passer par des démarches administratives de type Visa/Permis de travail. MISSIONS : Rattaché au responsable du pôle serviceau sein de la direction des Infrastructures et Technologies. Intégré aux équipes d’exploitation, vous participez à : · Exploitation des plateformes et solutions (MCO), gestion de leurs évolutions · Définition et Amélioration des procédures documentaires et des outils de suivi (supervision) · Gestion des Incidents et Problèmes (troubleshooting) · Tenue des SLA internes et clients au travers d’interventions planifiées 24/24. · Organisation des Plans de Reprise/Continuité d’Activité (PRA/PCA) · Garant du bon fonctionnement et de la qualité du réseau sur les plans infrastructures et télécom, en échange direct avec les équipes d’architecture · Participation aux évolutions de l’offre Types de missions sur lesquelles vous pourriez etre amené à intervenir : Développement de Datacenter, Gestion d'Iaas Managé, Construction de firewalls... Profil Technique : - Environnement multiconstructeurs (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, F5, VMWare…) : - Connaissance des réseaux et services - Switching (L2), Routing (L3) et gestion des firewalls - Gestion du Load Balancing/Reverseproxying. - Tunnels IPSec et SSL - Expérience en automatisation (Ansible) et connaissance des scripts (Shell/Python/…) - Sensibilité aux environnements d’infrastructure (système, virtualisation, stockage) ou de production (DBA, Middlewares) - Des notions sur les référentiels, normes et pratiques IT (ISO9001, 27001, ITIL, …) sont appréciées. - La pratique d’un anglais technique est importante. Parcours : - Issu d’une formation en informatique, - Expérience (2 ans minimum) dans des fonctions équivalentes, idéalement avec des structures variées (Cloud, OnPremise, ...) dans un environnement multitenant, orienté client. - Ouvert à effectuer des astreintes.
