POINTS CLES DU POSTE : Métier de l’employeur : Opérateur Télécom MVNO / MVNE / MVNA / M2M Taille : 250 personnes Marchés : France et International (Présence dans 5 pays) Type et Lieu du poste : CDI - Paris/92 avec Télétravail hybride Contexte du poste : création de poste Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : 5 ans minimum dans les Télécoms, en particulier sur GGSN/PGW. Outils utilisés et à maitriser : UMTS Mobile Core Network (HLR, MSC / VLR, SGSN, GGSN, SMSC ...) - Nœuds (HSS, MME, DRA, IWF, SGW, PGW) - Routage (SIGTRAN, DIAMETER)... Diplômes : École d’Ingénieur ou Télécom ou équivalent Background : Expérience préalable chez un Opérateur/Constructeur Télécom Langues : Anglais professionnel indispensable Organisation de l’équipe : Equipe d'ingénieurs experts au sein du Département Télécom supervisé par le Responsable des Opérations Télécoms. Vous collaborez également avec le pole d'Architectes, les Chefs de Projets, les équipes d'Opérations. Votre supérieur hiérarchique direct : Responsable des Opérations Télécom Administratif : Vous avez déjà l’autorisation de travailler en France sans besoin de passer par des démarches administratives de type Visa/Permis de travail. MISSIONS : l Responsable de la mise en œuvre et évolution des nœuds de réseaux HSS, DRA, IWF l Point central sur les aspects routage de signalisation l Référent HSS dans l’environnement technique et expert auprès des équipes support l Participer à l’architecture et à l'ingénierie d'implémentation des règles de routage STP l Piloter la mise en œuvre des interco télécom (Voix et SMS) en relation avec les providers l Assurer l’opérabilité des composants développés en interne pour la plateforme de services (Voix, SMS, MMS, …) l Être le point central pour toutes les demandes émanant du Business l Être interface entre le Product management et l’équipe Télécom sur certaines plateformes l Participer à l’écriture de la documentation technique Profil - Expert en conception d'architecture cœur de réseau et en évaluation de produits UMTS Mobile Core Network (HLR, MSC / VLR, SGSN, GGSN, SMSC ...) - Expert technique sur les nœuds de réseau (HSS, MME, DRA, IWF, SGW, PGW) - Expert sur les différents flux de signalisation des services mobiles fournis dans les domaines CS / PS UMTS (ISUP, MAP, CAP) - Expert en routage de signalisation (SIGTRAN, DIAMETER) - Expérimenté en installation, intégration, tests et acceptance de HLR/HSS - Expérimenté en mise en œuvre technique E2E et suivi des accords de roaming standards de la GSMA (IREG / TADIG) - Bonne connaissance de la gestion de projet - Bonne interaction avec les clients externes et les équipes internes Informations contractuelles Formation lors de l’intégration : Parcours d’intégration avec le manager d’équipe Avantages : Tickets resto/Télétravail/Mutuelle-complémentaire santé/RTT/50% Navigo/Participation/Prise en charge des formations et certifications Possibilité d’évolution : Possibilité de devenir Architecte à horizon 12-24 mois Déroulé du processus de recrutement : 1 RH/Manager puis 1 entretien avec un expert Télécom incluant un test de personnalité et un entretien technique.
