Un groupe international spécialisé dans la fabrication de plastiques/caoutchouc basé à Montluçon ouvre un rôle d'Ingénieur HSE en CDI. POINTS CLES DU POSTE : Métier de l’employeur : Industriel / fabricant de plastiques Taille : 60000 personnes dans le Monde Marchés : France et International Type de poste : CDI, en présentiel Lieu du poste : Montluçon (03) Contexte du poste : Création de poste Salaire : de 40 à 60k€ selon niveau de séniorité Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : 5 ans minimum Diplômes : Bac +4/5 en HSE, ingénieurie industrielle ou équivalent Langues : Anglais professionnel souhaité Administratif : Vous avez déjà l’autorisation de travailler en France sans besoin de passer par des démarches administratives de type Visa/Permis de travail. MISSIONS : Assurer la mise en œuvre, le suivi et l’amélioration continue de la politique Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement du site industriel, en conformité avec la réglementation en vigueur et les objectifs de performance de l’entreprise. SECURITE : Identifier les risques professionnels et mettre en place les actions de prévention adaptées ; Animer les démarches de sécurité (audits, inspections, sensibilisations, formations) ; Suivre les indicateurs sécurité (accidents, presqu’accidents, taux de fréquence, etc.) ; Gérer les plans d’actions issus des analyses d’incidents et des audits internes/externe ; Participer à l’élaboration et à la mise à jour du Document Unique d’Évaluation des Risques (DUER). HYGIENE : Veiller au respect des règles d’hygiène sur le site (zones sensibles, équipements, procédures) ; Participer à la gestion des risques sanitaires ; Collaborer avec les services médicaux et les partenaires externes si nécessaire. ENVIRONNEMENT : Assurer la conformité réglementaire environnementale (ICPE, rejets, déchets, bruit, etc.) ; Suivre les consommations énergétiques et les émissions du site ; Piloter les actions de réduction de l’impact environnemental (tri, recyclage, économie d’énergie, gestion de l’eau) ; Préparer et suivre les inspections des autorités environnementales. Système de management HSE Participer à la mise en œuvre et au maintien des certifications (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.) ; Rédiger et mettre à jour les procédures HSE ; Former et sensibiliser le personnel aux enjeux HSE ; Assurer une veille réglementaire et technologique. Profil - Formation Bac+5 en HSE, ingénierie industrielle ou équivalent ; - Expérience d’1 an minimum en environnement industriel ; - Connaissance des normes ISO et des référentiels HSE ; - Anglais professionnel. Compétences techniques - Maîtrise de la réglementation HSE applicable en milieu industriel ; - Connaissance des outils d’analyse de risques (AMDEC, arbre des causes, etc.) ; - Compétences en gestion de projet et animation de groupes de travail ; - Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et logiciels HSE.
