POINTS CLES DU POSTE : Métier de l’employeur : Ingénierie projet dans la conception, construction, extension, rénovation ou aménagement d'immobilier d'entreprise. Taille : 600 personnes Marchés : France et international (Europe et Asie) Type et Lieu du poste : CDI - Paris / Lille / Lyon / Avignon / Strasbourg Contexte du poste : Création de poste Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : Au moins 5 ans sur un poste similaire Diplômes : Ecole d’Ingénieur·e en Génie Civil / Bâtiment obligatoire Background : 5 ans d'expérience minimum en construction, maîtrise d'oeuvre et/ou au sein d'une entreprise tout corps d'état Mobilité : Prévoir 3 jours par semaine en moyenne pour les déplacements. Administratif : L’employeur n’accepte pas de candidatures nécessitant des démarches administratives pour une autorisation de travail (permis de séjour, permis de travail, autorisations diverses ...) MISSIONS Au sein de l'équipe Projets vous etes responsable de vos projets de A à Z et de leur livraison clés en main, vous travaillerez sur la conception, la planification, la coordination et la gestion de projets immobiliers en veillant à ce que les projets soient réalisés dans le respect des normes de qualité et de sécurité, tout en minimisant leur impact environnemental dans les différentes phases des projets. - En phase de consultation : montage des DCE, analyse des offres, recalage technique, négociations, achats - En phase d'études : analyse et optimisation du projet avec l’appui des Bureaux d'Etudes - En phase de réalisation : planning, management des entreprises, coordination des travaux, budget, sécurité et qualité - En phase de réception des bâtiments : levée des réserves GPA et SAV En étroite collaboration avec les clients, les sous-traitants et les équipes internes de l'entreprise, vous contribuez à assurer la réussite des projets immobiliers de l'entreprise et à atteindre les objectifs de développement durable de vos clients. Profil Vous êtes diplômé·e d’une école d’Ingénieur·e en Génie Civil / Bâtiment. Vous possédez une expérience confirmée de minimum 5 ans (hors stages et alternance) en tant qu'Ingénieur·e travaux / Ingénieur·e de Projet TCE. L' anglais est souhaité (clientèle française et internationale). Vous êtes curieux·se, organisé·e et rigoureux·se. Vous avez envie de progresser et de monter en compétences. Vous faites preuve de savoir-être et savez vous adapter à différents projets. Vous aimez la gestion de projet et le travail en équipe. Vous êtes doté.e d'une aisance relationnelle et êtes en mesure de communiquer de manière saine et bienveillante avec vos collaborateurs/interlocuteurs.
