Taille : Groupe de 50000 personnes Marchés : France et International Type de poste : CDI avec Télétravail hybride Lieu du poste : Toulouse Contexte du poste : Création de poste Salaire : de 43k€ à 55k€ dont 3k de variable Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : 3 ans minimum Outils, technologies utilisés et à maitriser : Sécurité : Netskope, Palo Alto, F5, Fortinet, Qualys, Checkpoint, HID, Juniper Autres : Ansible, Tufin, Jenkins, Spirent, Zabbix, Netbox, Cisco, Arista, F5, Riverbed, Infoblox, Aruba… Maitrise des mécanismes réseaux et sécurité d'un SI d'une entreprise Diplômes : Bac +4/5, Master, École d’Ingénieur ou équivalent Langues : Anglais professionnel souhaitable Votre supérieur hiérarchique direct : Les architectes en interne, et coté Client les IT Ops et les Product Managers Vos interlocuteurs : Team Leader Administratif : Vous avez déjà l’autorisation de travailler en France sans besoin de passer par des démarches administratives de type Visa/Permis de travail. MISSIONS : Sous la direction opérationnelle du Team Leader, vous intégrez l'équipe en charge du delivery de contrats d'Infogérance majeurs ( 100 personnes) et vous réalisez les activités quotidiennes liées aux Incidents et aux Demandes. Vos principales missions et activités quotidiennes sont autour du Maintien en Condition opérationnelle, maintien en condition de Sécurité, Gestion de tickets incidents et de change requests sur du RUN. Le périmètre projet peut impliquer un scope trè slarge comportant jusque 15000 équipements sur les aspects Sécurité, Lan, Wan et Wifi. Vos missions sont les suivantes : Résolution des Incidents/Problèmes (troubleshooting, work around, ...) et traitement des Demandes standards ou des Demandes Spéciales, en collaboration avec le Niveau 2 que vous supportez. Volume annuel d'incidents : +/- 1500 incidents à adresser. Identifier, diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes Valider les Changements tels qu’une modification de configuration ou l’intégration d’un nouveau composant Renseigner les tickets (outil ITSM) avec toutes les informations pertinentes, Surveiller, analyser et améliorer la capacité et les performances de l’infrastructure Apporter le support aux équipes d’administration Participer aux études d’évolution de l’architecture Proposer la mise à jour et l'amélioration de la Base de connaissances, Etablir les règles et procédures d’administration et veiller au transfert des compétences vers les équipes d’administration Appliquer les règles de qualité, de sécurité et de sûreté, Escalader toutes les difficultés qui peuvent menacer le service, Assurer une communication professionnelle parfaite avec ses interlocuteur Assurer le reporting de son activité auprès du Team Leader. Profil Véritable Ingénieur N3 avec un background solide en Sécurité et Réseaux, vous justifiez impérativement d'une expérience significative sur des contextes techniques d’envergure (infogérance et opérations) en contexte international Vous maitrisez l’anglais écrit et oral afin de pouvoir communiquer avec les différents interlocuteurs (client, équipe interne) Vous savez travailler en équipe, chercher les informations et demander de l'appui quand nécessaire. Votre sens du service, votre enthousiasme et votre rigueur sont les conditions d’une intégration réussie au sein de l'entreprise. Vous disposez du permis de conduire Langue(s) de travail Français Anglais (Maitrise professionnelle complète) Connaissances techniques souhaitées Expertise niveau 3 sur les solution Firewalls majeures Cisco, PaloAlto, Fortinet, Juniper Expertise sur les solutions Tufin et Netskope Expertise à minima niveau 2 sur les volets Lan, Wan, Sécurité et Mobilité (Wifi) Bonne maîtrise des architectures réseaux/Sécurité Informations contractuelles Evolution : Ce poste présente des possibilités d’évolution vers des role beaucoup plus axé Projets, Multiclient ou du Management Avantages : Véhicule de fonction / Carte essence / Badge télépéage / Tickets restaurant / Intéressement / Mutuelle / Primes / Avantages CE / Télétravail partiel / Formations certifiantes chaque année Déroulé du processus de recrutement : 3 entretiens sont prévus : Entretien Manager Entretien Equipes Entretien RH
