Taille : Groupe de 50000 personnes Marchés : France et International Type de poste : CDI avec Télétravail hybride Lieu du poste : Toulouse Contexte du poste : Création de poste Salaire : de 35k€ à 45k€ Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : 6 ans minimum Outils, technologies utilisés et à maitriser : Alcatel Omnipcx Enterprise (OXE), Alcatel OTMS, MWS TAMAT, Easyvista Certifications souhaitées : Certification ACSE (OXE et Cristal) Habilitations souhaitées : Habilitation Secret Défense Diplômes : Bac +2/BTS/DUT Votre supérieur hiérarchique direct : Votre manager Administratif : Vous avez déjà l’autorisation de travailler en France sans besoin de passer par des démarches administratives de type Visa/Permis de travail. MISSIONS : Sous la direction opérationnelle du Team Leader, vos missions au sein d'un environnement technique Environnement Alcatel OXE, OTMS et MWS TAMAT seront les suivantes : - Installation, intégration et mise à jour des nouveaux équipements (matériels, composants logiciels d'infrastructure, applications informatiques transverses) directement sur le site ou en télémaintenance - Suivi et maintien en conditions opérationnelles et Support Niveau 3 sur les infrastructures Alcatel Omnipcx Entreprise (OXE) - Interface avec le constructeur et Installations en suivant les procédures du client - Contrôle et audit de configuration des postes. Assistance et conseil auprès des utilisateurs - Assistance et conseil auprès Admin N2 - Maintenance avancée (réalisation de traces) - Organisation du travail des equipes de Run et Projet - Gestion de la priorisation des incidents et projets - Superviser l'activité ,traitement des tickets et suivi des escalades - Rédaction des CR et REX liés à l'activité - Veille technologique et force de proposition - Livraisons documentaires - Participer aux Astreintes - Travail en mode décalé selon le planning , couverture de 8:00 à 19 :00 Profil Bac +2 (DUT informatique) Certification ACSE (OXE et Cristal) Expérience minimum: 6 ans ou plus Habilitation idéalement souhaitée: Habilitation SD Langue(s) de travail: Français (E-Bilingue ou Langue Maternelle) Informations contractuelles Parcours d'intégration : Programme d’on-boarding incluant un parcours digitalisé avec des étapes clé, des points d’échange et des moments de convivialité au sein des équipes.
