Voor een van onze klanten, een gerenommeerde internationale speler binnen de voedingsindustrie, zijn wij op zoek naar een Customer Support Specialist. Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en klantgerichtheid centraal staan. Tegelijk geniet je van een warme bedrijfscultuur met korte communicatielijnen en een sterke focus op mensen.Als Customer Support Specialist ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor jouw klantenportefeuille. Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen vlot en correct worden verwerkt en fungeert als belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, accountmanagers, supply chain, finance en logistieke partners.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en bouwt duurzame professionele relaties uit.- Je verwerkt klantenorders van A tot Z en volgt deze nauwgezet op.- Je bewaakt levertermijnen en stemt af met klanten, logistieke partners en interne afdelingen.- Je communiceert proactief over leveringen, wijzigingen of eventuele afwijkingen.- Je ondersteunt het sales team bij commerciële acties, promoties en klantenvragen.- Je beheert prijsafspraken, klantgegevens en artikelinformatie in het ERP-systeem.- Je volgt promoties en acties administratief op en waakt over een correcte uitvoering.- Je beheert diverse klantportalen en zorgt voor een foutloze gegevensverwerking.- Je analyseert afwijkingen in prijzen, volumes en voorraadgegevens en onderneemt de nodige acties.- Je werkt nauw samen met supply chain en logistiek om leveringsuitdagingen efficiënt op te lossen.- Je ondersteunt rapporteringen, analyses en operationele meetings.- Je denkt actief mee na over optimalisaties binnen klantenservice- en supplychainprocessen. - Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma - Je hebt ervaring binnen Customer Service, Customer Support, Sales Support of een gelijkaardige administratief-commerciële functie.- Ervaring binnen FMCG, retail of de voedingssector is een belangrijke troef.- Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en service-minded.- Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en behoudt gemakkelijk het overzicht.- Je bent stressbestendig en weet prioriteiten te stellen.- Je neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.- Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office, met een sterke focus op Excel.- Ervaring met SAP of een ander ERP-pakket is een pluspunt.- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een mooie meerwaarde.
