Sinds 2016 kan in het Ziekenhuis St Jansdal de driejarige opleiding tot ZiekenhuisartsKNMG gevolgd worden. Dit is de enige medische vervolgopleiding die ons ziekenhuis biedt. Daardoor zijn de lijnen kort en werk je veel direct samen met de medisch specialisten, samen verleen je zorg aan patiënten op een verpleegafdeling. Jij wordt generalist, de specialist op het gebied van algemene ziekteleer en die oog heeft voor multiproblematiek en polyfarmacie. In de opleiding wordt veel aandacht besteed aan ziektebeelden op gebied van interne geneeskunde, chirurgie, perioperatieve zorg, neurologie, geriatrie, huisartsengeneeskunde en palliatieve zorg. Verder word jij opgeleid tot specialist in het verbeteren van kwaliteit en patiëntveiligheid.

Door jouw oog voor detail weet jij de afdelingsprocessen te optimaliseren zodat de patiënt de beste zorg ontvangt.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

Jij bent een enthousiaste basisarts die het belang van kwalitatief goede en veilige zorg inziet voor de groeiende populatie multimorbide patiënten. Als ziekenhuisarts in spé wil je de zorg verbeteren, maar ook de meerwaarde van het beroep bewijzen. Deze visie weet jij dan ook uit te dragen en je bedenkt mogelijkheden om deze visie te realiseren.

Mensen omschrijven jou als ondernemend, stressbestendig en een echte netwerker. Onze ambities zijn groot, maar jij vindt het een uitdaging om hier actief jouw steentje aan bij te dragen.

  • Een opleidingscontract voor 38+10 uur per week voor de duur van de opleiding. Part time is mogelijk voor minimaal 80%. De opleiding duurt drie jaar en alle opleidingskosten worden door ons vergoed. (Studieboeken kosten maximaal tot €500 euro).
  • De opleiding bestaat uit een basisjaar interne geneeskunde (acht maanden zaal en vier maanden SEH), gevolgd door stages bij anesthesiologie, chirurgie, neurologie, geriatrie, revalidatie en huisartsgeneeskunde. Er zijn vier medisch inhoudelijke landelijke opleidingsdagen per jaar en in het tweede en derde jaar volg je een meerdaagse cursus over kwaliteit en patiëntveiligheid met mede AIOS uit andere opleidingsziekenhuizen.
  • Tijdens de opleiding wordt het salaris ingeschaald volgens functieschaal 65). Dit bedraagt minimaal €4.824.- en maximaal €7.269,- bruto per maand op basis van 38 uur.
  • Daarbij ontvang je 8,33% vakantietoeslag en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%.
  • Je bouwt pensioen op bij Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn. Daarnaast bieden wij interessante extra’s, waaronder korting op jouw zorgverzekeringspremie, bedrijfsfitness en de MKA (Meer Keuze Arbeidsvoorwaarden) regeling.
  • Via de St Jansdal academie kun je (online) werken aan jouw persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling.
