The posting

Als doktersassistent in onze flexpool krijg je een unieke kans om op alle poliklinieken en locaties binnen ons ziekenhuis aan de slag te gaan. Dit zorgt voor veel variatie in je werk en geeft je de mogelijkheid om ons ziekenhuis van binnen en buiten te leren kennen.

Je gaat aan de slag met:

  • Het voorbereiden van spreekuren om alles op rolletjes te laten lopen.
  • Vanuit je professie ontvangen en begeleiden van onze patiënten.
  • Het informeren van patiënten over onderzoeken en behandelingen.
  • Het plannen en coördineren van afspraken en dagopnames.
  • Het zorgen voor een soepel verloop van de diverse processen.
  • Het uitvoeren van onderzoeken waaronder ECG’s

Naast deze taken ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het telefonisch contact met patiënten en administratieve werkzaamheden. Je werkt samen met onze medisch specialisten en verpleegkundigen op vele gebieden, waardoor geen dag hetzelfde is.

Soms werk je ook tijdens een avondpoli, op het afsprakenbureau, de spoedeisende Hulp of op het Digiplein. Dat maakt het juist extra interessant.

Je werkt voornamelijk op onze hoofdlocatie in Harderwijk. Soms word je ingezet in Dronten of Lelystad.

Het flexpool team kenmerkt zich door een goede sfeer. Je merkt dat ook als we zo nu en dan samen lunchen. Het flexpool team krijgt goede begeleiding van intercedenten, je neemt deel aan werkoverleggen en kunt optioneel ook op extra overstijgende taken worden ingezet.

Wat vragen we van jou?

  • Een afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding als doktersassistent of verpleegkundige.
  • Goede beheersing van diverse office programma’s en medische terminologie.

Je bent flexibel, legt makkelijk contact en hebt een positieve, oplossingsgerichte instelling. Je werkt nauwkeurig en communiceert op een prettige manier.

  • Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
  • Een salaris volgens schaal 40, met een minimum van €2.750,00 en maximaal €3.959,00 op basis van een 36-urige werkweek, afhankelijk van je ervaring per 1 augustus as.
  • Vakantietoeslag en eindejaarsuitkering van elk 8,33%.
