Als Sedatie Praktijk Specialist (SPS) speel je een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van het comfort en de veiligheid van onze patiënten tijdens diagnostische, therapeutische en chirurgische procedures. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het veilig toedienen en monitoren van sedatie en werkt nauw samen met artsen, verpleegkundigen en andere zorgverleners.

Je voorziet een verscheidenheid aan specialismen van Procedurele Sedatie en Analgesie (PSA), zoals MDl, Longziekten, cardiologie, gynaecologie, interne geneeskunde en röntgen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beoordelen van de medische geschiedenis en de huidige gezondheidstoestand van de patiënt.
  • Voorbereiden van de patiënt op de sedatieprocedure, inclusief het geven van uitleg en beantwoorden van vragen.
  • Pre operatief screenen van patiënten voor sedatie
  • Selecteren en toedienen van geschikte sedatiemiddelen en doseringen op basis van de individuele behoeften van de patiënt.
  • Continu monitoren van vitale functies zoals hartslag, bloeddruk, ademhaling en zuurstofsaturatie tijdens de procedure.
  • Snel reageren op veranderingen in de toestand van de patiënt en uitvoeren van passende interventies.
  • Samenwerken met het medische team om de beste zorg voor de patiënt te garanderen.
  • Effectief communiceren met patiënten en hun families over de sedatieprocedure en eventuele risico's.

Wat vragen we van jou?

  • Je hebt de CZO-erkende opleiding tot anesthesiemedewerker en sedatie praktijk specialist
  • Je bent minstens 9 uur per week aan de slag als anesthesiemedewerker, inclusief wat diensten.

Daarnaast zijn deze competenties belangrijk in ons vak; Communicatief vaardig, tact, integriteit en een groot hart. Patiënten kunnen soms wel een steuntje gebruiken, en jij bent daarvoor de perfecte match. Stress? Je gaat er goed mee om! Flexibel en positief ingesteld? Jazeker!

  • Dankzij zelf roosteren krijg je meer flexibiliteit.
  • We bieden je een contract voor minimaal 18 en maximaal 36 uur per week, met de intentie om dit om te zetten naar een vast contract. Hoeveel uur wil je werken?
  • Het salaris is ingedeeld volgens schaal 60 (FWG 3.0, CAO) en varieert van €4.246,- tot € 6.220,- per maand op basis van 36 uur. Daar bovenop ontvang je 8,33% vakantietoeslag en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%.
  • Je bouwt pensioen op bij Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn. Daarnaast hebben we nog andere leuke extra's, zoals korting op je zorgverzekeringspremie, bedrijfsfitness, en de Meer Keuze Arbeidsvoorwaarden (MKA) regeling.
