Ben jij een toegewijde en professionele anesthesiemedewerker die houdt van korte lijnen, afwisseling en een hecht team? Dan is St Jansdal de plek voor jou. Bovendien bieden we je de mogelijkheid om je verder te ontwikkelen via de opleiding tot sedatiepraktijk specialist.

Als anesthesiemedewerker werk je intensief samen met de anesthesioloog en zorg je ervoor dat patiënten veilig en comfortabel hun operatie ondergaan. Je controleert dagelijks je apparatuur en bewaakt en ondersteunt de vitale functies tijdens de perioperatieve fase en hebt oog voor zowel het lichamelijk als psychisch welzijn van de patiënt. Ook na de ingreep draag je bij aan een goede pijnbestrijding. Daarnaast werk je maandelijks 1 of 2 diensten op de Holding, waar je patiënten voorbereidt op de operatie en patiëntgegevens checkt.

Ons OK-centrum Het OK-complex in Harderwijk en Lelystad heeft 8 operatiekamers, waarvan 1 hybride OK. Er werken 65 operatieassistenten, 33 Anesthesiemedewerkers waarvan 6 sedatie praktijkspecialisten, 16 recovery verpleegkundigen. Deze worden aangestuurd door 2 teamleiders en een hoofd OK.

  • In Harderwijk hebben we een mooi, modern OK-complex. Sinds medio 2024 hebben we onze hybride operatiekamer in gebruik;

Wat vragen wij van jou?

  • CZO opleiding tot anesthesiemedewerker.
  • Participatie in onze bereikbaarheidsdiensten. Avonddiensten (tot 20.30 uur) en bereikbaarheidsdiensten
  • Je bent 18 – 36 uur per week beschikbaar

Als anesthesiemedewerker begrijp jij hoe belangrijk het is om tactvol en integer te handelen. Je stelt de patiënt centraal, je draagt graag ‘jouw unieke steentje’ bij aan de fijne sfeer in ons team en je streeft altijd naar de beste kwaliteit van werken.

  • Als anesthesiemedewerker krijg jij direct een contract voor onbepaalde tijd. De standplaats is zowel Harderwijk als Lelystad.
  • Het St Jansdal betaald conform ziekenhuis-cao uit in schaal 55 (FWG 3.0), maximaal € 5.503- per maand op basis van 36 uur.
  • Je ontvangt daarnaast 8,33% vakantietoeslag en een volledige 13e maand/eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%.
  • Een 9-urige werkdag en meer grip op je werk-privé balans door ‘zelfroosteren’.
  • We bieden mogelijkheden voor (bij)scholing en congres- of symposia bezoek.
  • Je bouwt pensioen op bij Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn. Daarnaast bieden wij interessante extra’s, waaronder korting op jouw zorgverzekeringspremie, bedrijfsfitness en de MKA (Meer Keuze Arbeidsvoorwaarden) regeling.
  • Via de St Jansdal academie kun je (online) werken aan jouw persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling. Ook zijn er regelmatig leuke initiatieven, waaronder workshops, om jou gezond en vitaal te houden.
  • Minimaal 18 en max 36 uur per week
