Binnen onze afdeling Voeding & Catering speel jij een sleutelrol in de dagelijkse gang van zaken. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles rondom eten en drinken soepel verloopt en dat patiënten, medewerkers en bezoekers kunnen rekenen op kwaliteit én gastvrijheid. Of het nu gaat om een kop koffie, een voedzame maaltijd of een moment van rust: jij draagt bij aan een omgeving waarin mensen zich welkom en verzorgd voelen.

Jouw rol

  • Coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en bewaken van de voortgang
  • Opstellen van planningen en regelen van ad-hoc roosterwijzigingen
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega’s en leidinggevenden
  • Stimuleren van samenwerking en teamontwikkeling
  • Signaleren van verbeterkansen en bijdragen aan kwaliteit en gastvrijheid
  • Toezien op naleving van hygiëne-, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen
  • Collega’s aanspreken op gedrag en begeleiden waar nodig
  • Bijspringen op de werkvloer bij drukte of uitval
  • Bewaken van een prettige, veilige en professionele werkomgeving

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent iemand die overzicht houdt, stevig in je schoenen staat en energie krijgt van samenwerken en verbeteren. Je weet mensen te verbinden en durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.

  • Mbo werk- en denkniveau (richting horeca/voeding)
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in een aansturende rol
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Coachende en motiverende leiderschapsstijl
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen en stressbestendigheid
  • Hands-on hospitality proffesional met kennis van duurzaamheid
  • Digitale vaardigheden (planningssystemen, mail, registraties)
  • Professionele, integere en betrouwbare houding
  • Een jaarcontract voor 36 uur per week (waarvan 12 uur tijdelijk)
  • Salaris volgens FWG 30 (€ 2.630– € 3.548 bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur)
  • 8,33% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering

Werktijden

Wisselende diensten tussen 07:00 en 20:30 uur, zowel doordeweeks als in het weekend.
