In jouw rol als doktersassistent KNO heb je een veelzijdig takenpakket met een coördinerende verantwoordelijkheid. Het kan druk zijn op de poli, wat soms extra flexibiliteit en probleemoplossend vermogen van je vraagt. Wanneer je hierin slaagt, geeft dat je juist positieve energie. Je biedt in de breedste zin van het woord ondersteuning aan onze medisch specialisten.

Je werkzaamheden omvatten het voorbereiden van spreekuren, het ontvangen en begeleiden van patiënten, en het plannen en coördineren van afspraken en dag opnamen. Daarnaast ondersteun je de KNO-arts bij medische handelingen in de behandelkamer en voer je audiometrie-onderzoeken uit. Ervaring met audiometrie is een pré, maar als je die nog niet hebt, leren wij het je graag. Je beheert de telefoon en voert bijbehorende administratieve taken uit. Ook neem je deel aan diverse commissies en werkgroepen, waar jouw inbreng wordt gewaardeerd.

Binnen de afdeling KNO werk je in een team waarin medisch specialisten en assistenten nauw samenwerken om patiënten de best mogelijke zorg te bieden. Het team bestaat momenteel uit 15 medisch assistenten, 2 secretaresses en 7 artsen. De sfeer binnen het team wordt gekenmerkt door gezelligheid, goede samenwerking en betrokkenheid bij elkaar.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

  • Een afgeronde MBO-4 opleiding tot doktersassistent.
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring met audiometrie onderzoek.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
  • Je bent inzetbaar in Harderwijk en Lelystad en incidenteel in Dronten.
  • Recente kennis van de medische terminologie.
  • Kennis van KNO-aandoeningen en behandelingen zijn een pré

Van nature pak je zaken proactief op en werk je graag in een team. Je bent gewend om informatie en kennis te delen en je draagt jouw steentje bij aan de prettige sfeer.

  • Een jaarcontract voor 24-32 uur per week, met de intentie deze om te zetten naar een contract voor onbepaalde tijd. De standplaats is Harderwijk en Lelystad.
  • Het salaris is ingedeeld volgens schaal 40 (FWG 3.0) en bedraagt minimaal € 2.750,- en maximaal € 3.960,- bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur. Daarbij ontvang je 8,33% vakantietoeslag en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%.
  • Je bouwt pensioen op bij Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn. Daarnaast bieden wij interessante extra’s, waaronder korting op jouw zorgverzekeringspremie, bedrijfsfitness en de MKA (Meer Keuze Arbeidsvoorwaarden) regeling.
