Speel jij een sleutelrol in het veilig, stabiel en toekomstbestendig houden van ons EPD?

Ziekenhuis St Jansdal zoekt een deskundige en proactieve Databasebeheerder die óók energie krijgt van autorisatiebeheer binnen SmartAIM. Een unieke combifunctie waarin techniek, veiligheid en zorgimpact samenkomen.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze gecombineerde rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor zowel het technisch beheer van Epic als het inrichten en beheren van autorisaties binnen SmartAIM. Jij zorgt ervoor dat zorgprofessionals altijd veilig, snel en correct toegang hebben tot de informatie die zij nodig hebben.

ODBA (Epic)

  • Beheren, optimaliseren en monitoren van zowel de operationele Epic databaseomgeving (IRIS) als de Epic-management databases (SQL-Server)
  • Beheren, optimaliseren en monitoren van Linux servers
  • Uitvoeren van updates, releases, performance‑analyses en tuning
  • Signaleren en oplossen van technische knelpunten
  • Meedenken over architectuur, lifecycle management en technische vernieuwing
  • Intensief samenwerken met applicatiebeheerders, ICT beheer en leveranciers

Autorisatiebeheer (SmartAIM)

  • Inrichten, beheren en controleren van rollen, rechten en workflows
  • Zorgen voor correcte en veilige toegang tot Epic en andere applicaties
  • Uitvoeren van periodieke controles, audits en verbeteracties
  • Adviseren over autorisatiestructuren en compliancy
  • Meewerken aan IAM‑ en securityprojecten

Daarnaast

  • Deelname aan projecten binnen het cluster IAMT
  • Sparringpartner voor collega’s en stakeholders
  • Meedraaien in consignatiediensten (ICT)

Waar kom je te werken?

Je wordt onderdeel van de afdeling Automatisering, onderdeel van het cluster IAMT. Met zo’n 80 collega’s zorgen we ervoor dat de ICT omgeving van St Jansdal veilig, betrouwbaar, stabiel en toekomstbestendig is. Je werkt in een omgeving waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en innovatie centraal staan — midden in de rust van de Veluwe, maar met de dynamiek van een modern ziekenhuis.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau en een afgeronde opleiding met een duidelijk ICT component
  • Ervaring met Epic (ODBA taken) of de ambitie om dit te leren
  • Ervaring met autorisatiebeheer, IAM of security (SmartAIM is een pré)
  • Kennis van Windows‑ en/of Linux‑omgevingen
  • Ervaring met databases, monitoring en performance‑tools is een pré
  • Een analytische blik, nauwkeurigheid en een proactieve houding
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een positieve werkmentaliteit
  • Een jaarcontract voor 32-36 uur per week, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband bij gelijkblijvende omstandigheden
  • Een salaris volgens FWG 55 (minimaal € 3.903,- en maximaal € 5.503,- per maand op basis van 36 uur), plus 8,33% vakantietoeslag én een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%
