Word jij onze nieuwe collega internist? En zoek je een tijdelijke werkplek waar jouw expertise binnen de interne geneeskunde écht tot zijn recht komt?

Ziekenhuis zoekt op korte termijn een internist met aandachtsgebied endocrinologie, vasculaire geneeskunde, nefrologie, ouderengeneeskunde, infectieziekten of een samengesteld profiel.

Je komt terecht in een jonge en betrokken vakgroep met 19 internisten waarin alle subspecialisaties goed vertegenwoordigd zijn. Binnen onze vakgroep krijg je de ruimte om je eigen interesses verder te ontwikkelen en om samen met collega’s te bouwen aan hoogwaardige, innovatieve zorg.

Onze werkomgeving is afwisselend en inspirerend. Je werkt op beide locaties (Harderwijk en Lelystad), met elk hun eigen zorgprofiel en dynamiek. Binnen het ziekenhuis staan samenwerking en korte lijnen centraal, zowel met andere specialismen als met verpleegkundigen en ondersteunende teams. We beschikken over een goed georganiseerd nier- en diabetescentrum en bieden verder specialistische zorg op het gebied van onder andere genderzorg, osteoporose, vasculaire diagnostiek en infectieziekten.

Naast patiëntenzorg neem je ook deel aan de supervisie van de kliniek en aan de begeleiding van coassistenten en arts-assistenten. Opleiden, innovatie en digitale zorg (via EPIC) zijn speerpunten binnen ons ziekenhuis, en ook daarin kun je een actieve rol vervullen.

De dienstbelasting is goed geregeld: nachtdiensten zijn beperkt tot één achter elkaar, je doet weekenddiensten altijd samen met een collega, en er is ruimte voor compensatie. Kortom, een fijne werkplek waar professionaliteit, opleiden, werkplezier en balans hand in hand gaan.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

  • Wij zijn op zoek naar een innovatieve, gezellige collega, die plezier haalt uit het werken als internist in de volle breedte in onze diverse regio.

Je bent geregistreerd als internist. Ook collega’s die hun opleiding binnenkort afronden, worden van harte uitgenodigd om te solliciteren. Hierbij zien we collega’s met aandachtsgebied en/of relevante werkervaring binnen de endocrinologie of vasculaire geneeskunde als een pré.   • Een jaarcontract voor 3 dagen per week.
  • De functie wordt in overleg met jou zoveel mogelijk ingericht op de combinatie algemene Interne geneeskunde in combinatie met jouw aandachtsgebied.
  • De salariëring van een internist is in overeenstemming met de Arbeidsvoorwaardenregeling Medisch Specialisten en bedraagt minimaal € 8.192,00 en maximaal € 14.219,00 per maand op basis van een fulltime werkweer. Daarbij ontvang je 8,33% vakantietoeslag
