Ben jij student Verpleegkunde aan de Hogeschool VIAA en op zoek naar een leerzame stageplek? Vanaf januari 2027 is er weer een stageplek beschikbaar op onze kraamsuites binnen het MKC.

Als stagiaire word je ingezet op de kraamsuites. Hier leer je én werk je. Je past de theorie uit je opleiding toe in de praktijk en ontdekt wat jij kunt bijdragen in de zorg voor moeder en kind. Je bent onderdeel van een team dat zorg biedt in een bijzondere, vaak levensveranderende fase. Er worden dagelijks baby’s geboren, momenten die je van dichtbij meemaakt. Maar je komt ook situaties tegen die kwetsbaar of emotioneel zijn. Juist dan leer je hoe waardevol goede, betrokken zorg is. Je wordt begeleid door ervaren verpleegkundigen en leert niet alleen het vak, maar ook veel over jezelf.

Over het MKC

Het Moeder & Kind Centrum bestaat uit:

  • 10 kraamsuites
  • 8 bedden voor zwangeren

In de kraamsuites kan de moeder bevallen én blijven tot ze naar huis gaat. De kamers hebben een huiselijke sfeer, maar kunnen tijdens de bevalling snel worden omgebouwd tot professionele verloskamers met alle benodigde apparatuur. Ook de partner kan blijven slapen.

De zorg is erop gericht om moeder en kind zoveel mogelijk bij elkaar te houden. In de rustige omgeving van de kraamsuite is er volop aandacht voor de hechting. Ouders worden actief betrokken en per dienst worden de zorgafspraken afgestemd.

Wat je gaat leren

  • Verpleegkundige zorg in een bijzondere omgeving.
  • Werken vanuit het belang van moeder, kind en gezin.
  • Samenwerken in een team én met ouders.
  • Praktijkopdrachten uitvoeren en onderzoek doen.

Er is een samenwerkingsovereenkomst met de Hogeschool VIAA. Je opleiding bepaalt hoeveel uur je stage loopt en wanneer je lesdag is.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

  • Je bent in september 2026 een 4e jaars HBO-V student aan de Hogeschool VIAA. Deze stageplek is exclusief voor studenten van de VIAA. Sollicitaties van studenten van andere onderwijsinstellingen kunnen helaas niet in behandeling worden genomen.
  • Ziekenhuiservaring in andere stages is een pre.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je de Minor “Kind en Jeugd” gevolgd.
  • Een stageovereenkomst voor 6 maanden. De standplaats is Harderwijk.
  • Een stagevergoeding conform CAO.
  • Via de St Jansdal academie kun je (online) werken aan jouw persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling. Ook zijn er regelmatig leuke initiatieven, waaronder workshops, om jou gezond en vitaal te houden.
