Ben jij een zelfstandige TOA én ben jij een kei in het ondersteunen van verschillende spreekuren?

In deze afwisselende functie van TOA werk je op onze modern uitgeruste polikliniek Oogheelkunde nauw samen met oogartsen, physician assistants, optometristen, orthoptisten, andere TOA’s en doktersassistentes.

Je verricht geheel zelfstandig oogheelkundige onderzoeken, zoals gezichtsvermogen (refractie), gezichtsveldonderzoek (GVO/perimetrie), oogdruk meten (tonometrie), fluorescentie angiografie (FAG), lensberekening staaroperatie (Biometrie), netvlies-scans maken (OCT), netvliesfoto maken (fundusfoto) en strooilicht onderzoek (glare).

Daarnaast verzorg je de administratieve voorbereiding van de spreekuren van de oogartsen, ondersteun je deze spreekuren, waarbij je adequaat inspeelt op de zorgvraag en je rond de spreekuren van de oogarts af.

Je haalt er energie uit om mee te denken met én mee te werken aan de verdere professionalisering van de afdeling.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

  • Opleiding doktersassistent of opticien aangevuld met de tweejarige opleiding tot TOA .
  • Bereidheid om te werken in zowel Harderwijk als Lelystad

In jouw rol sta je “stevig in je schoenen”. Je werkt oplossingsgericht en stelt je proactief op. Je communiceert op prettige wijze en op verschillende niveaus. Je werkt secuur en efficiënt waarbij je jouw verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Je toont betrokkenheid bij de patiëntenzorg en je laat een prettige patiënt- en servicegerichte instelling zien.

  • Een jaar contract voor 24 uur per week met de intentie deze na een jaar om te zetten in een contract voor onbepaalde tijd.
  • Het salaris is ingedeeld volgens schaal 45 (FWG 3.0) en bedraagt minimaal € 3.228,- en maximaal € 4.346,- per maand op basis van 36 uur per week. Daarbij ontvang je 8,33% vakantietoeslag en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%.
  • Je bouwt pensioen op bij Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn. Daarnaast bieden wij interessante extra’s, waaronder korting op jouw zorgverzekeringspremie, bedrijfsfitness en de MKA (Meer Keuze Arbeidsvoorwaarden) regeling.
