随着信息技术的快速发展，软件测试已成为确保产品质量的关键环节。为进一步强化我司软件测试团队的力量，现面向高校招募软件测试实习生，以期通过实习培养和选拔优秀人才，共同推动公司线上产品的持续优化和创新。

【岗位职责】 1.负责公司业务产品的测试工作，参与产品需求分析，协助制定测试计划； 2.完成测试用例的编写、执行，并生成详细的测试报告，确保产品质量； 3.积极参与需求评审，提出有针对性的测试建议，确保需求的可测试性； 4.协助导师完成其他相关任务，积极配合团队工作。

【任职要求】 1.全日制本科，计算机科学与技术、软件工程或相关专业在校生； 2.了解基础的数据库知识，能够进行简单的查询操作； 3.对软件测试有浓厚兴趣，愿意深入学习和实践； 4.具备良好的逻辑思维能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力； 5.具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力； 6.能够保证至少6个月的实习期，每周至少工作4天。 加分项：具备基本的编程能力，熟悉至少一种编程语言（如Java、Python等）。
