Principais atividades:

  • Apoiar as rotinas de Recursos Humanos, incluindo processos seletivos, divulgação de vagas, contato com candidatos, agendamento de entrevistas e acompanhamento de admissões;
  • Auxiliar o Departamento Pessoal na organização e conferência de documentos admissionais, controle de informações dos colaboradores, férias, benefícios, ponto e demais demandas relacionadas;
  • Realizar controles administrativos e manter atualizados os arquivos físicos e digitais da empresa;
  • Apoiar os processos de compras, incluindo solicitação e cotação de orçamentos, contato com fornecedores, acompanhamento de pedidos e prazos de entrega;
  • Auxiliar nas rotinas financeiras, como organização de documentos, lançamento e conferência de informações, acompanhamento de pagamentos e apoio aos controles financeiros;
  • Realizar outras atividades inerentes à função.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior em Andamento em Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência anterior em rotinas administrativas generalistas;
  • Conhecimento em processos administrativos e controles internos;
  • Conhecimento intermediário em Excel e pacote Office;
  • Facilidade para elaborar planilhas, relatórios e acompanhar indicadores;
  • Organização de documentos e acompanhamento de prazos;
  • Experiência com rotinas de RH e Departamento Pessoal;

Diferenciais:

  • Vivência com processos de compras, cotações e relacionamento com fornecedores;
  • Conhecimento em rotinas financeiras, notas fiscais e controles de pagamentos;
  • Experiência com sistemas ERP e plataformas de gestão;
  • Vivência em empresas de facilities, serviços terceirizados ou operações com equipes operacionais.
