The posting

Nous ouvrons un poste d’Architecte de solutions pour notre client, une administration publique, basé à côté de Fribourg. Vous contribuerez à la transformation numérique et à l’évolution du système d’information, en veillant à l’alignement des solutions techniques avec les orientations stratégiques et les besoins métiers.

Responsabilités du poste

  • Traduire les orientations stratégiques en matière de digitalisation en solutions architecturales cohérentes, adaptées aux besoins métiers et conformes aux principes directeurs du système d’information.
  • Veiller à l’application des normes, des standards techniques et des bonnes pratiques d’architecture définis.
  • Analyser les systèmes existants, formaliser leur architecture et contribuer à une meilleure maîtrise du patrimoine informatique.
  • Examiner la cohérence des projets avec l’architecture cible et évaluer leur compatibilité avec les solutions déjà en place.
  • Assurer le rôle de référent en architecture pour les programmes, les projets et les activités opérationnelles de son périmètre.
  • Concevoir et évaluer les architectures nécessaires à la réalisation des projets confiés.
  • Accompagner les équipes de développement, de projet et d’exploitation dans l’application des recommandations architecturales.
  • Expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans le développement et l'architecture de solutions, idéalement sur Java ou .NET.
  • Maîtrise des architectures orientées services, telles que micro-services, REST, SOAP, Messaging et ESB.
  • Bonne connaissance des frameworks d'architecture (certification TOGAF appréciée) et des langages de modélisation comme UML, BPMN ou C4 Model.
  • Expérience dans la mise en œuvre de solutions cloud, notamment Infrastructure-as-Code, et connaissance des principaux fournisseurs de cloud public, en particulier Microsoft Azure et M365 (certification souhaitée).
  • La maîtrise du français est requise, l'allemand est un atout.
  • Certifications ITIL Foundation, TOGAF ou formation liée à la gestion des vulnérabilités (Microsoft MDE, Tenable, etc.) sont un plus.
  • Formation ou connaissance de Kubernetes (K8S) appréciée.
  • Expérience dans une administration publique constitue un avantage.
