Nous ouvrons un poste de Chef de Projet Agile - FR / ALL pour renforcer l'équipe de notre client basé à Genève. Dans le cadre d’un projet stratégique lié à la mise en œuvre d’une prestation publique, vous serez garant de la coordination, du pilotage et du suivi des activités de delivery. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement Agile nécessitant une forte capacité à fédérer les parties prenantes, assurer la qualité des livrables et accompagner les équipes vers l’atteinte des objectifs opérationnels.

Responsabilités du poste

  • Piloter l’ensemble du projet en garantissant le respect des objectifs, des délais, du budget et des exigences qualité.
  • Analyser l’environnement organisationnel, réglementaire et métier afin d’assurer la conformité des solutions mises en œuvre.
  • Superviser le suivi budgétaire et fournir une vision claire de l’avancement au management et aux instances de gouvernance.
  • Planifier les activités et coordonner les ressources au sein des différentes itérations et Program Increments (PI).
  • Accompagner les équipes Agile dans la réalisation des engagements pris lors des sprints et suivre les indicateurs de performance.
  • Mettre en place et animer les dispositifs de gestion des risques, d’assurance qualité et d’amélioration continue.
  • Assurer une communication fluide avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes internes et externes et favoriser leur collaboration.
  • Préparer les éléments décisionnels destinés aux instances de pilotage et garantir la qualité des livrables du projet.
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de projet complexe dans un environnement Agile.
  • Solides compétences en coordination d’équipes pluridisciplinaires et en pilotage de delivery.
  • Maîtrise des pratiques Agile et des mécanismes de planification à l’échelle (PI Planning, gestion des itérations, suivi de roadmap).
  • Capacité à gérer simultanément les enjeux de qualité, de risques, de budget et de gouvernance.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication, animation d’ateliers et gestion des parties prenantes.
  • Bonne compréhension des processus de contrôle, de conformité et d’assurance qualité.
  • Forte capacité d’analyse, de synthèse et de prise de décision dans des environnements complexes.
  • Autonomie, sens de l’organisation et orientation résultats.
  • Très bonne maitrise du français et de l’allemand (écrit et oral)
