Du entwickelst und betreibst robuste, skalierbare und sichere Netzwerklösungen, die unsere Mission unterstützen, eine souveräne Cloud-Infrastruktur für den öffentlichen Sektor bereitzustellen. Das bedeutet, Du sorgst für eine robuste und hochverfügbare Netzwerkarchitektur mit exzellenten Monitoring. Du gestaltest Systemarchitekturen, automatisierst Betriebsabläufe und stellst sicher, dass unsere Plattform performant läuft.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für Design, Aufbau und Betrieb hochsicherer Netzwerkinfrastrukturen (inklusive isolierter Airgap-Systeme)
  • Planung von maßgeschneiderten Netzwerksetups in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden (auch auf Basis des kundeneigenen Hardware-Stacks)
  • Konfiguration und Optimierung komplexer Routing-Szenarien unter Verwendung von BGP, MPLS und IPv6 in einer mandantenfähigen Umgebung
  • Entwicklung und Pflege von Automatisierungen (z. B. mit Ansible, Python) für effiziente Updates, Skalierungen und reibungslose Hardware-Integrationen im laufenden Betrieb
  • Durchführung von Fehleranalysen, Troubleshooting und kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Monitorings zur Sicherstellung der Hochverfügbarkeit

Das bringst Du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Netzwerk-Engineering, idealerweise im ISP-Umfeld oder in großen Rechenzentren
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Data-Center-Networking, speziell mit Cumulus Linux und Juniper Junos
  • Tiefgehendes Verständnis von Netzwerkkonzepten und Protokollen (TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, IPv6, VXLAN/EVPN)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit der Linux-Konsole und Erfahrung in der Scripting-Automatisierung (Bash, Python)
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Konfigurationsmanagement-Tools wie Ansible oder Terraform ist von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Dokumentationsfähigkeit und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
