Als Teil des Infrastructure-Teams unterstützt Du die Sicherstellung der technologischen Handlungsfähigkeit unserer Cloud- und Rechenzentrumsumgebungen. Du agierst an der Schnittstelle zwischen Datenanalyse und operativem Betrieb, um die transparente Skalierbarkeit für Themengebiete von Compute und Storage bis hin zu GPU-Ressourcen zu gewährleisten. Durch die Strukturierung komplexer Kapazitätsdaten trägst du direkt zur fundierten Entscheidungsfindung für strategische Investitionen und den Ausbau unserer hochsicheren Infrastruktur bei.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufbereitung und Konsolidierung von Infrastrukturdaten aus diversen Quellen für das regelmäßige Reporting und das Capacity Management Board
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Forecasts sowie Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung eingehender Kapazitätsanfragen
  • Weiterentwicklung und Instandhaltung bestehender Capacity-Dashboards zur Darstellung von Compute-, Storage-, GPU-, Netzwerk- und Data-Center-Ressourcen
  • Standardisierung der internen Capacity-Prozesse zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der zugrundeliegenden Datenqualität
  • Automatisierung wiederkehrender Auswertungen und Abläufe im operativen Betrieb

Das bringst Du mit

  • Laufendes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Data Science oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Verständnis gepaart mit einer strukturierten und sorgfältigen Arbeitsweise bei der Verarbeitung quantitativer Daten
  • Praxis im Umgang mit Tabellenkalkulationen (Excel) sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Informationen zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten
  • Interesse an Cloud- und Infrastruktur-Themen sowie an der Optimierung von Prozessen und Reportings
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit Skriptsprachen und Datenanalyse (Python, Pandas, SQL, Streamlit), Monitoring-Lösungen (Grafana, Prometheus) oder Versionskontrolle (Git) sind von Vorteil
  • Fließende Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse und ein zwingender Wohnsitz in Deutschland

In dieser Rolle arbeitest du direkt mit dem Head of Infrastructure zusammen und erhältst tiefe Einblicke in die Skalierung geschäftskritischer IT-Ressourcen. Du bekommst den Freiraum, eigene Ideen zur Automatisierung sowie zur Erhöhung der Datenqualität im Capacity Management einzubringen und diese schrittweise in die Praxis umzusetzen. Dein Bereich unterstützt dich mit technischer Expertise, sodass Du theoretisches Wissen aus dem Studium unmittelbar im operativen Betrieb moderner Cloud- und Rechenzentrumsinfrastrukturen anwenden kannst.
