Importante compañía del sector financiero y de servicios corporativo, se encuentra en la búsqueda de su Abogado/a de Litigio y Cobro de Cartera, quien será responsable de gestionar la estrategia judicial y extrajudicial de cobro de cartera y recuperación de activos.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Presentar, impulsar y realizar seguimiento a demandas de procesos ejecutivos y de restitución de activos entregados en renting B2B
  • Realizar vigilancia diaria y control de términos judiciales mediante la consulta activa de estados y actuaciones en los diferentes portales de la Rama Judicial.
  • Asistir a audiencias judiciales y coordinar diligencias de secuestro, embargo o restitución de bienes.
  • Ejecutar estrategias de cobro persuasivo y prejurídico con clientes en mora.
  • Liderar mesas de negociación con deudores para lograr la normalización de las obligaciones o la entrega voluntaria de los activos.
  • Elaborar, revisar y formalizar acuerdos de pago, pagarés y contratos de transacción, garantizando el respaldo jurídico de la compañía.
  • Trabajar articuladamente con las áreas operativa y técnica para garantizar la trazabilidad de los activos recuperados.

¿Qué requisitos debes tener?

  • Profesional en Derecho con Tarjeta Profesional vigente.
  • Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia comprobable en litigio civil y/o comercial.
  • Experiencia en cobro judicial y extrajudicial de cartera B2B
  • Experiencia en trámites de restitución de bienes, especialmente muebles o vehículos.
  • Conocimientos en estructuración de garantías y mecanismos de cobro ejecutivo.
