Reconocida firma de abogados especializada en consultoría laboral empresarial está en búsqueda de su Abogado Senior de Consultoría Laboral en Manizales, que lidere la ejecución técnica y oportuna de la asesoría laboral individual y colectiva para clientes corporativos.

Reportando y articulando tu gestión con la Coordinación Operativa Laboral, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Brindar consultoría en derecho laboral individual y colectivo, elaborando conceptos, comunicaciones, documentos jurídicos, reglamentos internos, políticas laborales y demás instrumentos clave para los clientes.
  • Acompañar a empresas en procesos disciplinarios, terminaciones laborales, reestructuraciones, conciliaciones, negociaciones colectivas, pactos, convenciones y asuntos sindicales.
  • Atender actuaciones administrativas ante el Ministerio de Trabajo y entidades de seguridad social, representando a clientes en audiencias, investigaciones y procesos sancionatorios.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Ser profesional en Derecho con especialización en Derecho Laboral o áreas afines.
  • Contar con más de 5 años de experiencia en firmas de abogados, con foco en consultoría laboral para empresas. (EXCLUYENTE)
  • Tener experiencia en derecho laboral individual y colectivo, negociación colectiva, acompañamiento preventivo, seguridad social y actuaciones ante el Ministerio de Trabajo.
  • Contar con orientación al cliente, comunicación clara, autogestión, excelencia técnica, adaptabilidad y capacidad para trabajar en equipo con cliente interno y externo.
