Estamos en búsqueda de un Analista Senior de Desarrollo Comercial para liderar la ejecución técnica y comercial de una empresa especializada en la reparación y rehabilitación de estructuras de concreto en Florida (EE. UU.).

Este rol es fundamental para la expansión de la compañía, siendo el responsable directo de la elaboración de propuestas económicas, el análisis de licitaciones y la gestión de relaciones estratégicas con tomadores de decisión (firmas de ingeniería, Property Managers y HOAs) desde nuestra base en Colombia.

Tu rol:

  • Elaboración de Estimaciones y Presupuestos: Realizar el análisis técnico de proyectos, revisión de planos y cuantificación de materiales para generar propuestas comerciales precisas.
  • Gestión Integral de Licitaciones: Liderar procesos de bidding de extremo a extremo, garantizando el cumplimiento de requisitos técnicos y financieros en cada oferta.
  • Desarrollo de Negocios y Cuentas Clave: Identificar y calificar oportunidades de alto impacto, gestionando el ciclo comercial con General Contractors y juntas directivas (Boards).
  • Aseguramiento Técnico-Comercial: Coordinar con los equipos de ingeniería y operaciones para garantizar la viabilidad técnica y la rentabilidad de cada proyecto cotizado.
  • Seguimiento y Cierre de Negocios: Mantener una gestión proactiva del pipeline comercial, asegurando el cumplimiento de KPIs y objetivos de conversión.
  • Gestión de CRM y Reporting: Administrar la información comercial de manera rigurosa para garantizar la exactitud en los pronósticos de venta y reportes directos a gerencia.

Requisitos del perfil:

Formación Académica:

  • Profesional en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Industrial, Arquitectura o áreas técnicas relacionadas con la construcción.

Experiencia:

  • Experiencia demostrada en presupuestos, estimaciones de obra o desarrollo de negocios B2B en el sector de la construcción e infraestructura.
  • Capacidad para interpretar proyectos técnicos y traducirlos en propuestas comerciales competitivas.

Habilidades requeridas:

  • Inglés Avanzado (B2+ / C1): Nivel indispensable para la redacción de propuestas, negociación y participación en reuniones de alto nivel con clientes en EE. UU.
  • Excel Avanzado: Capacidad para el modelado de costos y análisis financiero de proyectos.
  • Orientación al Logro: Perfil con alto sentido de pertenencia, autonomía y capacidad de negociación bajo entornos competitivos.
