Descripción del empleo:

Reconocida compañía del sector financiero y de estructuración corporativa se encuentra en la búsqueda de un/a Analista de Cartera para integrarse a su equipo de Jurídica y Cartera.

Condiciones del cargo:

  • Tipo de contrato: Contrato directo con la compañía.
  • Compensación: $2.800.000 COP.
  • Modalidad de trabajo: Híbrida (2 días de trabajo remoto / 3 días presenciales).
  • Horario: Lunes a viernes de 7:00 a.m. a 4:00 p.m.
  • Ubicación: Bogotá D.C.

Propósito del cargo: Gestionar el recaudo y la negociación directa de cartera en mora de clientes corporativos, pymes y personas naturales preferenciales, garantizando el cumplimiento de metas e indicadores mediante acuerdos sostenibles y seguimiento riguroso.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Conducir mesas de negociación con deudores corporativos y pymes para estructurar planes de pago viables y sostenibles.
  • Hacer seguimiento continuo a clientes de difícil acceso y con carteras de montos representativos.
  • Aplicar conceptos contables y operativos vinculados a la cartera (notas crédito, conciliación, recibos de caja).
  • Medir y reportar indicadores clave del área (% recaudo, índice de mora, contactabilidad).
  • Elaborar informes ejecutivos periódicos para la Gerencia Jurídica.

Requisitos mínimos:

  • Formación académica: Estudiantes de últimos semestres o profesionales graduados en Administración de Empresas, Derecho, Contaduría Pública, Finanzas o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia: Entre 1 y 2 años en cobro y recuperación de cartera con clientes PyME, banca corporativa, leasing o clientes preferenciales.
  • Herramientas: Dominio intermedio de Microsoft Excel y habilidades de presentación de reportes numéricos.
  • Conocimientos: Nociones básicas contables aplicadas al recaudo.
