Reconocida compañía regional especializada en la comercialización y distribución de insumos, ingredientes y soluciones para diferentes industrias está en búsqueda de su Analista de Importaciones en Bogotá, Colombia, quien será responsable de gestionar y hacer seguimiento a las operaciones de comercio exterior, asegurando eficiencia en tiempos, costos y cumplimiento documental.

Reportando directamente al Country Manager y al Jefe de Comercio Exterior Regional, sus principales responsabilidades estarán enfocadas en garantizar el adecuado desarrollo de las operaciones de importación y exportación.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Gestionar y hacer seguimiento a las órdenes de compra asociadas a procesos de importación y exportación, desde su emisión hasta el embarque, manteniendo actualizada la información correspondiente en SAP.
  • Coordinar y validar la documentación de embarque, incluyendo facturas, packing list, certificados y demás documentos requeridos de acuerdo con cada operación e Incoterm.
  • Apoyar la clasificación arancelaria, revisión de restricciones, costeo y precosteo de importaciones, así como la coordinación con proveedores, agentes de carga, agentes de aduana y diferentes áreas internas.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Formación universitaria en Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Entre 2 y 5 años de experiencia en comercio exterior, especialmente en procesos de importación y exportación.
  • Experiencia idealmente adquirida en compañías industriales o de distribución.
  • Nivel de inglés avanzado.
  • Manejo de herramientas ERP; experiencia con SAP será altamente valorada.
  • Capacidad analítica, orientación al detalle, organización y seguimiento de procesos.
