Esta posición reportará directamente a la Líder Técnica y tendrá una exposición transversal con áreas como Comercial, Mercadeo, Logística, Finanzas, proveedores nacionales e internacionales, laboratorios y Gerencia, brindando una excelente oportunidad de aprendizaje y desarrollo profesional.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

Como parte del equipo de Investigación y Desarrollo, apoyarás la ejecución de proyectos de innovación y desarrollo de nuevos productos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos técnicos, regulatorios y operativos durante todas las etapas del proceso.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Apoyar el diseño, formulación y reformulación de nuevos productos alimenticios.
  • Coordinar pruebas piloto, validaciones técnicas y seguimiento a proyectos de innovación.
  • Investigar tendencias de mercado, ingredientes y oportunidades para el desarrollo de nuevos productos.
  • Revisar fichas técnicas, certificados de análisis y documentación técnica de materias primas.
  • Realizar seguimiento al cumplimiento de la regulación alimentaria colombiana.
  • Coordinar procesos con laboratorios externos y proveedores nacionales e internacionales.
  • Gestionar muestras, especificaciones técnicas y documentación asociada a nuevos desarrollos.
  • Brindar soporte técnico a las áreas Comercial y Mercadeo, participando en capacitaciones y resolviendo consultas sobre los productos.
  • Apoyar la estructuración y organización documental del área de Investigación y Desarrollo.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Profesional recién graduado en Ingeniería de Alimentos, Ingeniería Química o Ingeniería de Producto.
  • Experiencia adquirida durante prácticas profesionales o primeros años de experiencia en áreas de Investigación y Desarrollo, Innovación, Calidad, Laboratorios de alimentos o Desarrollo de productos.
  • Conocimientos básicos en formulación y desarrollo de alimentos.
  • Manejo de Excel en nivel intermedio o avanzado.
  • Inglés fluido, con capacidad para leer documentación técnica y mantener conversaciones puntuales con proveedores.
  • Conocimiento de la regulación alimentaria colombiana e interpretación de fichas técnicas y certificados de análisis.
