Nuestro cliente es una startup tecnológica del sector fintech que está construyendo infraestructura para pagos digitales y movimiento de dinero entre empresas.

Actualmente se encuentran en una etapa de crecimiento acelerado, donde la operación financiera se vuelve crítica para garantizar la continuidad del servicio y la experiencia de los clientes.

Por esta razón, buscan una persona que quiera estar muy cerca del corazón de la operación, gestionando los flujos de dinero que hacen posible el funcionamiento de la plataforma.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

Serás responsable de gestionar la operación diaria de tesorería y liquidez de la plataforma, asegurando que los flujos de dinero entre bancos, clientes y cuentas operativas se ejecuten de forma correcta y oportuna.

Entre tus principales responsabilidades estarán:

  • Ejecutar operaciones diarias de top-ups y retiros de fondos en la plataforma para clientes.
  • Monitorear continuamente los flujos de dinero que ingresan desde diferentes bancos.
  • Coordinar movimientos de liquidez entre cuentas para garantizar la operación de pagos.
  • Analizar la transaccionalidad de los clientes y anticipar necesidades de liquidez.
  • Construir forecast de flujo de dinero basado en el comportamiento transaccional.
  • Operar y monitorear portales bancarios y herramientas internas de la plataforma.
  • Gestionar bases de datos y análisis en Excel u otras herramientas analíticas.
  • Identificar oportunidades de optimización y automatización de procesos operativos.
  • Apoyar en la construcción de mejores prácticas y controles para la operación financiera.

Este es un rol altamente operativo y de alta responsabilidad, ya que la correcta gestión de la liquidez es crítica para el funcionamiento del negocio.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

Buscamos perfiles con experiencia en operaciones financieras, pagos o tesorería, idealmente en entornos donde se gestionen flujos de dinero en tiempo real.

Idealmente deberías contar con:

  • Experiencia en tesorería, operaciones financieras o pagos.
  • Conocimiento del funcionamiento de portales bancarios y transferencias entre bancos.
  • Experiencia gestionando movimientos de dinero, conciliaciones o liquidez operativa.
  • Buen manejo de Excel y análisis de datos.
  • Capacidad de organización y manejo de múltiples operaciones simultáneas.
  • Experiencia en instituciones financieras, fintech o pasarelas de pago es altamente valorada.
