Reconocida compañía multinacional del sector tecnología y software testing está en búsqueda de su Analista de Pruebas QA en Medellín y Bogotá, que fortalezca los procesos de pruebas y automatización, brindando acompañamiento técnico a los equipos de operación y contribuyendo a la calidad de las soluciones tecnológicas.

Reportando directamente al Líder Técnico / Coordinador de Automatización, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y ejecutar automatizaciones de pruebas, principalmente utilizando Playwright y el patrón Screenplay.
  • Acompañar a los equipos de QA en la planeación, ejecución y seguimiento de las estrategias de pruebas, brindando orientación y soporte técnico.
  • Realizar seguimiento a la operación, identificando oportunidades de mejora y asegurando el cumplimiento del modelo de pruebas definido.
  • Participar en comités de alineación técnica y contribuir en la definición de estrategias y buenas prácticas de automatización.
  • Apoyar procesos de formación y acompañamiento técnico a analistas y nuevos integrantes del equipo.
  • Participar en la gestión de defectos, riesgos, métricas e indicadores asociados al proceso de pruebas.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Software, Electrónica, Telemática o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en QA y automatización de pruebas de software.
  • Experiencia práctica en Playwright – requisito no negociable.
  • Conocimiento del patrón Screenplay – requisito no negociable, con capacidad para desarrollar una automatización utilizando este patrón.
  • Conocimiento de POM (Page Object Model) y otros patrones de diseño aplicados a la automatización.
  • Conocimiento de Karate para automatización de pruebas.
  • Conocimientos básicos de AWS; no se requiere experticia, pero sí familiaridad con su aplicación en ambientes tecnológicos o de pruebas.
  • Conocimientos en pruebas funcionales y no funcionales, smoke testing, regresión, caja negra, caja blanca, niveles y técnicas de pruebas.
  • Manejo de APIs, incluyendo peticiones GET, POST y PUT, variables de entorno y códigos de estado.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías Scrum, Kanban, cascada y modelos híbridos.
