Compañía de ingeniería Colombiana, especialistas en subestaciones eléctricas, líneas de transmisión, energías renovables, y obra civil. Se encuentra en búsqueda de su Analista de Tesorería, quién será la encargada de gestionar y controlar la tesorería y la información financiera de la compañía, asegurando el adecuado flujo de caja, la ejecución de pagos y conciliaciones, mediante el uso de portales bancarios y sistemas contables como Siigo, para optimizar los recursos financieros.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Preparar pagos ATM, liquidaciones, noóminas, manual, PSE y proveedores.
  • Informes mensuales rentabilidades, costo, gastos y presupuestos.
  • Solicitar y reparar flujos de cajas pesos y dólares.
  • Revisión cuentas de balance y análisis.
  • Descarga de extractos bancarios.
  • Conciliaciones bancarias y proveedores.
  • Manejo de portales bancarios.
  • Control de costos y gastos y realización de informes.
  • Control y ejecución de presupuesto ingreso y costos y gastos.
  • Control gastos tarjetas crédito y realización de informes.
  • Manejo certificaciones bancarias.
  • Control, actualización y vigilancia tarifas y cupos de todos los bancos en portales y realización de informe.
  • Control de obligaciones financieras créditos, garantías, vencimientos de estos y realización de informe.
  • Apertura y cancelación de cuentas y productos bancarios y realización de documentos.
  • Manejo proveedores perfil medio.
  • Control de cuenta por pagar.
  • Revisión de cuentas por pagar, sus requisitos y realización de informe.
  • Operatividad , documentación de actualización , aperturas o cancelación de productos bancarios y financieros.
  • Atención y comunicación al público.
  • Llevar informes de planeación financiera semanal, mensual y diaria.
  • Llevar informes de rentabilidades.
  • Capacitación a personal nuevo.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Profesional en Economía, Administración de Empresas, Contaduría, Ingeniería Industrial, financiera, derecho o disciplinas académicas afines.
  • Más 2 años de experiencia en cargos similares.
  • Dominio de Excel, Word, Paint, especialmente en Siigo.
  • Experiencia en estructuración de áreas, creación administrativamente de funciones para cargos nuevos capacitación, control y manejo de personal mínimo 3 personas.
