Objetivo del Cargo

Analizar, estructurar y proponer soluciones financieras que fortalezcan la propuesta de valor de la compañía, entendiendo a profundidad el journey del cliente e identificando oportunidades clave para la viabilidad y crecimiento de los negocios.

Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales

  1. Comprensión y Estructuración de Negocios: Comprender la oferta de valor de la empresa, analizando el ciclo/recorrido del cliente (journey) e identificando los puntos donde la compañía genera ventajas competitivas.
  2. Análisis Cuantitativo y Financiero: Evaluar la viabilidad numérica y lógica de las oportunidades de negocio mediante modelado y análisis de datos.
  3. Autogestión e Iniciativa: Asumir la completa responsabilidad de las metas del rol, ejecutando acciones sin necesidad de microgestión y proponiendo nuevas ideas para el beneficio colectivo.
  4. Relacionamiento Estratégico e Interacción: Generar empatía y comunicación asertiva con clientes e intervinientes clave del negocio.
  5. Alineación Ética y Transparencia: Validar la confiabilidad de los aliados/clientes y actuar con alta rigurosidad ética y transparencia en cada negociación o estructuración.

Perfil Requerido

Formación Académica:

  • Recién egresados o estudiantes en últimos semestres de Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Economía, Ingeniería Financiera, Estadística, Matemáticas, Contaduría o carreras afines (incluyendo Antropología o Filosofía).
  • Promedio académico destacado: Mínimo 4.0/5.0.

Experiencia Laboral:

  • Mínimo: 6 meses en prácticas profesionales, proyectos universitarios, consultorías o investigaciones donde se evidencie una alta capacidad de aprendizaje y dinamismo.
  • Máximo: 6 meses de experiencia graduado (sin contar prácticas profesionales).

Habilidades y Competencias Clave

  • Competencias Técnicas / Duras: Dominio intermedio/avanzado de Excel. Aptitud numérica, razonamiento lógico y alta capacidad analítica. Fundamentos y conocimientos financieros (deseable / plus). Capacidad de argumentación sustentada.
  • Competencias Blandas / Cultura: Curiosidad y Aprendizaje Autónomo: Pasión por descubrir cómo funcionan las cosas y aprender constantemente por iniciativa propia. Orientación al Logro y Resiliencia: Historial de metas ambiciosas cumplidas con proactividad. Espíritu Transformador: Iniciativa para cuestionar métodos tradicionales e implementar soluciones más eficientes. Transparencia y Comunicación Abierta: Capacidad de comunicar desacuerdos con respeto y mantener una postura ética no negociable.
